by coolcaelaComment Published at 17:5917:590 comments0 comments12 Visits12 VisitsReport

Hi, I am Coolcaela and I live on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.  I am 39 (yeaugh, that number sounds so horrible, it is too close to 40) and I am married with 4 children. 3 of the kids are teenagers (15,13,11)  and the last one (well.. maybe not the last...) is turning 2 on Christmas Eve.  He is an absolute little gem who was born at home and he has made Christmas exciting and fun for us again!! Must go, got to do more shopping!!

Merry Christmas to all. My name is Kelly. I have 4 children and live in WA. My husband and I decided to move interstate from S.W Victoria in May last year and haven't looked back. The things I miss are family and the coast. But the weather is sooo much better.

Merry Christmas and Hi

by tassie37Comment Published at 15:4215:420 comments0 comments41 Visits41 VisitsReport

I'm a mum of 4, 3 girls from a previous marriage who are now very independant 21 and 18 yr olds (twins) with my 21 yr old having just bought her very first house.   I also have an 8 yr old son who is just gorgeous!   Nikita, Amy & Caitlin we don't get to see so much because they are all busy with work and school and the twins(Amy & Caitlin) are also in a band that is starting to really go places so that keeps them even busier.   Matthew keeps us on our toes as he also happens to have Autism.   We are extremely lucky as we've had lots of early intervention and and we've had him full time in Giant Steps for the last 2 years which has made such a difference to his behaviour.   He started to talk just over 3 yrs ago now and he's more than making up for the years that he didn't!!

I'm currently doing my Certificate 3 in Financial Services (Bookkeeping) and will hopefully have it all finished by the end of the summer break.  I hope to start my own bookkeeping business from home in the new year, as going out to work just won't happen as Matthew will not go to any childcare places and finiding a job that will be as flexible as I need would be a miracle!

My husband was born and raised in Winnipeg Canada and our son Matthew was born there.  We spent the first 3 years of our married life in Canada and then I talked hubby into bringing me home to Tasmania, and we've been back here for 6 years now.  I think he's slowly getting settled here..  Tasmania is much smaller and has a totally different pace of life than hubby is used to.

Well I think that covers most of my life story, well as much as I can think of that is relevant anyhow!

Have a great Christmas everyone and look forward to chatting with and making some new friends.

Hello everyone!

Hi everyone,

My name is Kate Lawson Gould, and I am the mother of six children.  My husband and I are performers/teachers/directors/writers and composers.

So as you may guess, our house is always noisy, always messy, but full of creativity!

Our younger kids are even creative in their mess making.

We also have two dogs, a cat, 4 kittens, a rabbit and a guinea pig!

We have just completed a Christmas package which includes an audio ebook: "A Snowman for Felix" and an illustrated song, "It's too hot for Christmas"...and yes, we come from Melbourne Australia!

We're very excited to share these latest offerings, and we're MORE than happy to share ideas about parenting, although I think the thing I have really learned from raising six kids is that they know best!!!

If you would like to see our Christmas package, you can at:

www.cloud9books.com.au/Snowman.php

And you can also see a utube video about it at:

Have a merry Christmas!  I look forward to knowing you better!

Love

Kate

HELLO TO EVERYONE CAN'T WAIT TO MEET YOU ALL

by Tahlia07Comment Published at 19:2119:210 comments0 comments36 Visits36 VisitsReport

Hello Everyone, My name is Direlle I'm 30yrs old and i am a single mother of 7. I have 5 boys and 2 girls all born by c/sections as i failed to have them natural due to medical problems. My children range from age 13 almost 14 down to 23mths. We are currently living in South Australia but i'm in the middle of looking for a nice place to live where there are more oppitunites for more children. My eldest son loves football and is a very talented player his dream is to play AFL . My eldest daughter loves singing and music she will proberly pressue that carer as she writes her own songs and stuff she is 10yrs old. Anyway i have had a hard and tuff life and its not easy bringing up children on your own but i do the best i can and try to provide my children with things they need. Holiday times are rough on us as we don't have much family, so as christmas is fast approaching i feel more stressed and depressed as i know this year i can not afford it, and we have noone to share christmas with. Anyway one of my youngest sons is enrolled in a modelling agency as he is absoulty beautiful he has big brown eyes and long thick black eyelashes and dark curly hair. He has had a couple auditions but the one job they really wanted him for was a car seat commerical but suddley i didn't have the funds to get him to the city which is an 8hour trip.I am hoping to be able to enrol my other children as the are all very good looking children. I just love listening to some of the story's that come out of childrens mouth they are so funny and kids always find away to put a smile on your face. Kids also know how to push your buttons. Today i had to take my baby to hospital as he had to have gromets put into both of his ears. It's very hard and upsetting watching your child being put under antisethic as its like watching your child pass away before your eyes i always cry lol big sook hey but i just can't stand the thought of anything bad happening to them or something going wrong and they dont wake up. But all went well and hopefully he'll be able to hear a lot better now. ok if you want to know anymore about me or you have any advice please fell free to write me. AND I WISH YOU ALL A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR MAY IT BRING HAPPYINESS AND GOOD WEALTH AND HEALTH FOR EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU.
