first time here. i'm sarah, this is my husband ted and our 2 year old daughter cadence. i've seen a lot of good advice around here, so keep 'em coming! if i think of any advice of my own, i hope to get around to posting it before it escapes by brain. see you around!

Hi Sarah. Having a child does seem to make our brain less efficient, doesn't it? At least mine is. I always joke that I gave part of my brain to my son.
