Hi everyone.. I am a 50 yr old grandmother, who is now raising her beautiful 7 yr old grandson. I have had him with me for most of his life. I have 5 adult children.. all flown the nest.. and a step daughter also.. their ages range from 36 yrs, down to my baby girl who is 24 on Boxing day. I have 4 sons as well as my daughter and step daughter.

I have been married for 30 years to my husband. He is now 67 yrs old and still working full time in the local mines here. We live in a semi isolated mining community in Central Qld.

I have spent a couple of days looking around the Minti site and have found it to be rather enjoyable. I would like to meet some more grandma's if there are any out there in Minti land...especially those raising their grandchildren.
