My suggestion is to just keep unlatching her, but inserting your pinky finger in the corner of her mouth every time you feel her bite. At 16 weeks, you don't really need to put her on the floor. She's too young at this point to understand. But she will understand that that every time she starts biting, her feeding will be interupted. Break her suction all the time, no matter how many times it takes per feeding and the biting should decrease and stop all together.
