Well DS2 is 23mths today. I fed DS for 23mths so from now on we are flying by the seats of our pants.
Now all I have to do is get him to not ask for a feed during the night (I haven't given him one in 3 mths) so I can get more sleep.
I love that he comes up and says "some mummy please"
I just bought a top for him "I love my mummies milk, not just milk from any old cow' and I also got one for me "I make milk" and on the back it says "what's your superpower"

Congratulations. Well done to you.

Natalya will be 6 months old on the 24th of this month. She will then be one of the only 10% of Australian babies "breastfed exclusively for the first 6 months".
I have the packet of rice cerial there but am waiting until she gets over her cold until I start her on it. I really hope I am still breastfeeding her at 23 months.

I love those T shirts!

Well done, nearly two years, the gold medal is in the post!

DD1 called it "mummy milk" and I forced a stop at 26 months after aiming at 24 because that felt right for me and because I wanted to make it as easy to get pregnant as I could! I bribed her with a toy train! But she must have been tailing off anyway as I never suffered the "rock hard" full feeling or anything.

PS R used to call it "booby juice" and now DH calls it "BJ". He always loved it!

well done! I fed #1 to 21 months and I hope (fingers crossed) that we can keep going with #2 - if she'll let me!!!

LOL I got the shirt that said on the front "I make milk" and on the back it said "What's your talent?" so very similar t-shirts. I got my little girl a shirt that said "Mum's milk for me" but I like the one you've got for your son, it's so clever and true.

We have that tee - tis cute.

Well done on 23 months.

My bub is feeding at 19mths and I want to self wean. This is the longest I have breastfed for so I am happy. (My girl fed til 11 mths, my big boy til 18mths).
Bub says "Boob" now for breastmilk. He also jabs my chest!
