Hi everyone,
Shannon is off to her first concert. She loves the Presets and she is seeing them at the Enmore Theatre tonight with her cousin but I dont intend on coming home. I am going to club across the road while she dances and sings her heart out! Here she is below with Paris her sister on her 15th. Such a funny pic!

Hi everyone, have not been on for a very long time. Well my eldest turns 15 this year and I just realized she can get her Learners next year. Oh My God!!! Its going to be so scary!!! These roads are just not the same when we were that age. I just feel like she is still not mature enough even though I have another year to wait but she can start practising now on the net. Now that I know she is good at!! Never off the computer. My Space...etc...etc. We never had any of that at our age. They get so lazy these days!! I have just realized that I have got to put up the chart of chores!! I am so used to doing everything myself. Hmmmph!! Well I suppose I only have myself to blame. AnyWhoo enough of that. How is everyone else??? Worried about that Learners Permit??? |

Well my son had his first shave....l dont think he needed too, but his father thought it was time to teach him. It ended up being more laughs than shaving.....you can see the pic in my photos.

how did our society get to such a stage where a 14 year old acts the way we did at 16 and even 18? my daughter recently snuck out at night while having a friend sleep over, consequently she is grounded as, and i told her friends mum so she is grounded too.
but it seems all of her friends are upto this and i just cant see why, they are all allowed to hang out here or at others friends till all hours, they all get lovce attention and are all generally really good kids, so why are they trying to act like 18 year olds!
all i can say is times have certainly changed, i didnt even think of sneaking out till i was 17 and once i did it i couldnt understand the big deal, at least when i asked mum if i could go id get a lift there and home, i had more fun cause i wasnt scared of getting in trouble and i felt safe cause they knew where i was!
oh the joys! |
