Have you tried putting up ads on the local shopping area of your rural township? Alternatively, you could do what sheilao said - getting a live-in nanny or something like that.

have you ever thought and i know this is a bit of a long stretch but having a live in nanny come to you. obviously they would have to be "vetted"  by the appropriate bureaus but it may be of advantage and if applicable the working families help out a bit as well i can get hold of a few agencies for you let me know if they will be of any help to you good luck!
