MY JESSICA 14 HAS HAD DIABETES SINCE SHE WAS 10. WITHIN A TWO MTH PERIOD SHE LOST TWO DRESS SIZES AND LOOKED SHOCKIN. HER EYES WHERE SUNKIN BACK SO SKINNY AND TYRED ALL THE TIME.I HAD HER TESTED AFTER MY FATHER IN LAW SUGESTED IT SURE ENOUGH THAT;S WHAT IT WAS. SHE'S DOING FINE NOE HAD A FEW FITS AT THE BEGINING OF THE YEAR HER SUGAR GOT TO LOW SO WE ADJUSTED HER INSULIN NO FITS SINCE JANUARY YAY.....

With my first I was very concerned that he could have diabetes as my hubby has had it since he was 10 years old.

I had a blood test done on him at 18months and my GP ruled it out.

So I am very glad.  So you can be happy to find that even in the close family unit that this horrible disease will not be passed onto your children.
