here's hoping they are not coming from bangladesh, after the cyclone over there you wouldn't get anything.  I hope your order turns up ok dominicsmom.  No I still haven't heard from chrisco about my frozen stuff.

I have emails A Current affair and Today Tonight (haven't heard Back) and I am going to ring Consumer affairs on monday.

I'm just so angry as they have offered no compensation for my hardship over the last 2 weeks and they haven't even expalined what happened at the warehouse or why some of us didn't recieve all of products on the designated delivery date.  It's really not good enough.

Have chrisco sent you the letter telling you the exact day of the delivery?  If no then I would give them a call and ask what is going on, they may have the address wrong like they did with me (lucky My postman Knows me well)

I would still ring them and hassle them about it because as far as I'm concerned this is totally and utterly pathetic on behalf of Chrisco.  I have heard so many bad reports over the last few weeks I wish I had never ordered in the first place.  Most people tell me Castle Hampers are much more reliable (even if the Parent company is chrisco) But I won't ever be ordering this way again. 

I will put away $20  a fortnight into a jar starting next year and then head off with the kids to the supermarket and have a huge buy up and let them chosses the special things they want.

TY Janice I plan on doing exactly that But I will put aside $20 a fortnight so that in november I can stock my freezer and pantry for the holidays with things we do actually eat, Then at least I know I will get what I pay for and have it in the house.
