Out of all the places I could have been born God chose to put me here in the U.S.A. where freedom use to ring. We have the means to feed our own, there should not be one person go hungry, but they do. We have a system set up so there should be no homeless people, but there are. This great land was founded on freedom It grew to a nation that helped others in the world that needed help. We were a nation to be proud of, a nation who took care of their own. Sence the 1950's we have been going in a downward rollercoster. Plunging into a drug infested, crime laded society that now it seams has even gone Godless. Instead of praying for our government officals we curse them in front of the children. When I went to school, we were taken to the office and given a paddling for chewing gum, now children brings guns, knifes and drugs to school and the teachers are afraid of the third graders. Gangs are the norm in the neighborhoods now... even in the small towns we have them. Our prison system have became human and done away with the death penality. Men that have raped and killed can now stay in a small cell with a TV & radio. Home made brew is rampent in our prisons as is the drugs. The men & women who serve their time and go back into society reformed are back in jail in a very shout amount of time, There has been so much that has changed in the past 50 years that should not have. I love it here and would never want to leave, I stand behind our government and I pray they make a right decision for our country. I hate the idea of War, but I support our troops that are giving their lives for what some of us has lost the vision of what happened 9/11. What is it that is going to take to bring America back to where it once was, I have the answer right here...
"If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and trun from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive them their sins, and will heal their land."
II Chronicles 7:14 |
