Saturday, 18th October, 2008 !!!!!!!!
That's only in three months !!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had a good chat with the priest..
About all the details..
I had my whole page's worth of questions. HAHAHAHA

So, here are the important points:

* Yes, we can baptise Alisha at the wedding..
We're gonna do our Wedding Ceremony, then baptise Alisha straight after..

* Our vows are good as they are.. he added a tiny bit, but other than that, I think they're just perfect :)

* We're gonna do a 1 day Preparation Course sometime this month..
Once we've filled out the form, the priest can lodge our wedding papers.. OMG.. YIPPEEEE..
(They take 3 months to process)

* The wedding rehearsal will be about 2-3 days before the wedding !!!!! YAYYYYYY !!!!!!!!!!

OMG I AM SO BLOODY EXCITED. LOL
I cannot contain my excitement.. LOL

Oh, and when we were talking to the priest, Alisha couldn't stop walking around..
And moving the priest's door back and forth. LOL

This is so great..
Because I'm getting married at the Church that:
* I was Baptised at
* Had reconciliation at
* Had confirmation at
* Went to as a primary school kid
* Went to as a high school kid
* My cousin got married at
* My brother and his wife got married at

So, it's gonna be great !!!!!!!!!

OMG PEEPS!!!! GUESS WHAT?!!!!!

BUT YES OMG...

I JUST BOUGHT MY WEDDING DRESS TONIGHT !!!!!!!!!!!!!
OMG !!!!!!

And it was the first wedding dress I ever tried on..
And I JUST KNEW it was it, when I first put it on !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The sales lady sed it must have been meant to be :) hehe LOL

But yeah, Lawrence, Alisha, and I (the family.. hehehe) all went late night shopping ...
(Yes, Perth STILL doesn't have extended shopping hours.. lol)
And we decided to go looking for my wedding dress..
AND I FOUND IT.. WITHIN 10 MINUTES OF GETTING TO THE SHOPS !!!!! OMG !!!!! lol

And if you're wondering, I don't mind that Lawrence saw it before the wedding..
Doesn't matter to me...
And plus, I liked seeing the look on his face.. he thought I looked perfect :) hehe

BUT YEAH OMG !!!!

A bit of my excitement has worn off though..
Cuz I told my best friend Kell about the news, right after I got home..
Which was about 1 hour ago.. lol

BUT YEAH WOO HOO..
IT LOOKS SO BEAUTIFUL...
And it was on sale.. IT WAS SOOO EXPENSIVE BEFORE... BUT CAN YOU BELIEVE IT.. IT WAS AROUND 87% OFF !!!!! OMG !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And we got a wrap with it too.. cuz it looks really fancy with it..
But yeah, that means I won't be getting a veil, cuz she sed I wouldn't need it, if I got the wrap :) lol

BUT OMG !!!!

It's really cool.. cuz u know how the wedding dress is usually the hardest thing to find ?
Well, I'VE FOUND IT !!!!

So now we've gotta just figure out the food for the wedding..
And just about everything else. LOL

But yeah, the plans are going good..
I've almost had a heart attack from all the planning.. but other than that, ALL GOOD. LOL

We'll be seeing the priest in 6 days..
On the upcoming Wednesday.. 16th July..
So I'll let ya know what happens..
But yeah, as the receptionist on the phone sed, we'll be able to get married in a few months !!!!!
So looks like I'll be officially married by October (or somewhere close) this year :)

Anywho, just had to share my news..
Cuz I'm so happy !!!!!!!!! :)

P.S. I went to Mia's 1st Birthday Party (daughter of ellamia) on Sunday and it was great !!! We had a wonderful time !!!

OMG I'M SO EXCITED!!!!!!!!!

I just called the Church that me and Lawrence want to get married at..
And I asked the secretary some questions (let me rephrase that.. A LOT OF QUESTIONS.. hahaha)
And OMG SO EXCITED!!!!!

I booked an appointment for Wednesday, 16th July..
So we'll be seeing the Priest then !!!!

I'm Catholic and this is the Church that I went to as a primary and highschool kid..
So it's gonna be great getting married there !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And I asked her if it's possible to get your child baptised at the wedding..
And she said it is.. all I have to do is check with the Father..
OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG

So, she told me, there's gonna be the normal one or two months waiting time (for all the legal paperwork)..
But we can get married in the next few months !!!!!!!! OMG !!!!!!!
We basically want to get married as soon as possible...
We've been engaged for almost 2 years... but have never had the money to get it done...
BUT OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG........... LOL

We don't really care what date the wedding is..
Our 2 year anniversary is this month already.. so basically there are no more special days to choose from.. LOL
Unless anyone here can think of any special reason to do it in September, October, November or December ? Any special dates or holidays you can think of ?
PLEASE HELP ME. LOL
I'm gonna turn into Bridezilla. HAHAHAHA

Oh, and I've already made my Wedding Vows..
I did them like 4 months ago. LOL
It's gonna be a traditional Catholic wedding, but according to the secretary, we can add our own vows in too.. so YAYY !!!

We also have to do a 1 day preparation course.. so that'll be interesting. lol

Oh, and I'm definitely changing my surname to Lawrence's...
I don't think it's mandatory (it's everyone's choice :)) but I always thought I would...
It's kinda like.. his family is now my family :)
But yeah, with Alisha, we already feel like family.. Alisha already has Lawrence's surname :)

ANYWHO IM SO EXCITED. YOU PROBABLY NOTICED. lol

Ok, my laptop isn't plugged in.. and it's on low battery..

Yes, I have GREAT NEWS !!!!!!!

I've been wanting to write this for several days...
But I’ve been soo busy..

BUT OMG MY DAUGHTER CAN WALK !!!!!
ALISHA CAN WALK !!!!!!
MY 1 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER CAN WALK !!!!
THE CUTE LIL THING THAT POPPED OUT OF ME CAN WALK !!!
THE THING WHO'S ALWAYS GOT CUTE LIL BOOGERS HANGING OUTTA HER NOSE CAN WALK !!!!
hahahahahahaha

But yeah, for a few weeks now, Alisha has been able to take several steps..
Even about 20.. then she's been just falling down.. lol
But as of the 20th of June (yes, fancy. lol), my daughter could walk !!!!
She follows me around now ! I have a groupie ! haha

Lawrence and I are so excited…

And ok, Alisha is dancing to my music atm.. haha

I know I haven’t blogged in ages.. hope ya didn’t miss me. lol
But so much has been happening, so I’ve been gathering up my pictures and videos, so I could show you all :)

A couple weeks back, 3 of Lawrence’s friends decided to pop around for a visit..
And two of them have never seen Alisha before… so it was great to see them too, as it’s been a while :)

We went to K-Mart..

Thank you to EVERYONE that wished Alisha a HAPPY 1ST BIRTHDAY for Thursday, 5th June :)

We had a Combined 1st Birthday Party for Alisha and Housewarming Party, yesterday, on Saturday..
And it went REALLY REALLY WELL !!!!

It was Lawrence and I's first party since moving out of home (over a year ago)..
So as you could imagine, STRESS STRESS STRESS. lol
But all the stress and 6 hours of cleaning paid off. HAHAHAHAHA

Surprisingly, there was enough food and people liked it, had a good time, and no balloons popped. hahahaha
(Well, not during the party anyway. LOL)

And the birthday girl had a wonderful wonderful time :)

The day went off to a good start..

We saw the Child Health Nurse and weighed her...

And It made me and Lawrence feel so good, when the nurse said:
"You guys should be really proud of yourselves" :) Awww hehe.

Ever since you came into my life, I've learnt what love really is..
I never knew that a little cute thing like you, could bring so much happiness to my life...
And I know you will grow up to be a beautiful young lady :)

My baby daughter Alisha is turning 1 TOMORROW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Her birthday is 5th June :)

Yes, her FIRST BIRTHDAY.. OMG. lol

Anywho, I'm sorry, I'd say more...
But I'm currently organising her birthday cake with my brother's girlfriend. lol

I don't know, have you ever done something good..
And felt: "This makes me feel so great"?

Today, Alisha tried these Baby Rice Cakes for the first time..
And she loved them !!!!!
And it was so exciting for us, because of all the finger foods we've tried to give her, she's only ever stared at them ! LOL
(As oppose to the toys that she usually tries to eat. haha)

But anywho, she had 3 mini rice cakes within 15 minutes and I was so amazed.. and so was Lawrence :)
She kept chewing away and wanting more ! hehe

And so, as I was looking at the packet, I noticed a 'Feedback Hotline' where you could call and let them know what you thought of the product..
And thing is, I've never done this before..
I have never liked anything THAT much to want to call (LOL)...
Or hated anything THAT much either.. hahahaha

But I thought to myself: "why not?" :)

I called the hotline and a nice woman answered..
And I said:
"This is gonna sound a bit lame *laugh*, but my daughter is almost 1 years old, and she tried those mini rice cakes that you guys sell.. And she loved them!!!!!!"

And you should've heard the excitement in the woman's voice.. she was so happy that I called !
She said: "That's great to hear !!!!!!"

And I continued to say: "She ate 3 of them in 15 minutes... and I couldn't believe it.. Because we've been trying so hard to find a finger food that she would eat, so we were so glad when she ate them!"

And the woman replied with: "Thank you soooooo much for calling ! I'll pass that on to our marketing team !!!!!"

And it made me feel so good inside.
I know it sounds kinda lame, but that's the feeling I get when I help people...
Because my hubby works at a call centre, he knows what it's like to be given s*^^ CONSTANTLY...
So he thinks that the woman must have been VERY EXCITED that someone called to actually give NICE feedback !!! :)

This reminded me of a time when I was in high school..
I was in the library studying, and this girl asked her friend if she had a pen, but she said no...
And I turned to her (without even knowing who they were) and offered mine...
And they were really grateful..
And it made me feel so good.. lol..
It may have been a little gesture..
But sometimes, a little gesture does go a long way :)

But anywho, if you're wondering, the baby rice cakes that Alisha tried were:
