G'day! My name is Allison and I am currently 29 years old - will be hitting the big 30 in May 2007! My husband, Matthew is three years younger than me, being 26.

Matt and I got married on the 14th January 2006. We have known each other since New Years Eve 1998, therefore it took us exactly 7 years and two weeks to get married!

I work full time as a Psychiatric Outreach Worker with women exiting prison who have a mental illness. My job can be very challenging at times but there is never a dull moment!

Matt and I are going to start "practicing" to conceive very soon, therefore I am starting to get my body ready for pregancy (in terms of exercise, diet, vitamins, etc). Does anyone have any good advice that they learned and would like to share with me?? I appreciate any advice...
