In some ways I wish it wasn't here soo fast.. But in ways I am happy because Caker is growing up more and more each and every day!! She is my LITTLE parrot, I swear!! Anything and everything I say, she will say.. Including swear words.. Opps.. lol..

It's raining today... The power went out over night, AGAIN!!!!!!! Go figure, living out in no where land I guess your power goes out more than what it should, lol!! Oh well, it came back on that's all that matters, I suppose!!

Today won't be much of a day.. Gotta go into Calgary AGAIN, man, I have no idea why we just don't live there again.. It looks like we are in there more than we are at home.. Gas prices went up again, from 122.9 to 131.9 crazy... So more money I gotta fork out for when I pay for gas.. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR... I heard somewhere at work that gas is suppose to go up to 175.. I sure as hell hope not.. I do not want that to happen, no way in hell.. Thats just cruel if you ask me lol!!

Yup, it's true.. I got my own laptop.. The other one we had, that I had gotten for free from Telus is now going to hubb.. Which is ok though!!!

I got a Toshiba, its nice... Real nice.. Need to get used to it though. It's quite different from the Lenovo that I have been using!! All in time, I suppose!!

Would you think... 3 days and it will be Septeber 1st.. CRAZY eh?? I just can't believe it myself..

Oh yeah.. We had our power out for 4 hours last night.. NUTS.. Some stupid idiot drove through where he wasn't suppose to and knocked down alot of power lines (main ones i'm thinking) Well finally about almost bed time, the power comes back on.. GRRRRRRRRR lol.. Ah oh well, at least it came back on!!

Hubby got home today, he will be home for a week.. Already, its not going so well.. Go figure.. Nothing ever seems to go good.. Now that he's home for a week, can I go somewhere for a week?? Would be nice though, wouldn't it?

My god, my mind went blank.. Hahahaha.. That hardly ever happens..

I am discharged from my bankruptcy.... YAY!!!
I am fully discharged.. I am extremely happy and proud.. I did exactly what they told me to do.. Which wasn't hard to do.. Well kinda is.. But I got through it!!

Caker has been being a real bad ass lately and honestly I am not to sure WHY she's doing this..

Ok, I'll let you know what she's done in the past week..

Taken litter out of the litter box and PUT it EVERYWHERE. I mean in big huge ass blobs of it in my bedroom, all through-out the hallway upstairs and obviously in the same room as the litter boxes are in.. (She's done this twice now, today and on Tuesday I believe it was)

NO, closing the door is NOT an option..

Then... She's taken potting soil out of the tree that we have in our living room and spread it all over the livingroom carpet (beige carpet) and in the dining room... This was on Tuesday too I believe.. Then yesterday she took it out and put it on the kitchen table and chairs (such a very nice set that we had handed down to us) and all over the carpet again.. (it's VERY hard to get out of carpet, especially when it's a very light colored beige)

NO, I do not have another place where she can't get at it.. Getting rid of it, ain't an option either.. (my husbands mother gave us it because when my husband was younger (5 yrs old) he bought her this tree and she gave us it)

Caker, is really getting on my last nerves lately... She just will NOT listen to me at all.. I mean, she even goes banging her feet on the floor to the point where I can hear everything rattle.. I smack her ass and she will still keep doing it. She will bang on the windows and I can hear it if I am outside with the dog (i can see her through the window) and even her running to the door to get me and Pilsner back in, I can hear that..

How can I stop her... I want her to start listening to me and NOW.. I have given time outs (in her room) and she will just scream at the top of her lungs with a screeching sound and its annoying and I'm sure my neighbours don't like it either.

I just want her to respect myself, her father, others and her toys and of course the animals as well.. We have threatened to take the kitten away because of the way she's picking him up, throwing him off the sofa or coffee table and just being really mean to this kitten :(

We have even threatened about throwing out all of her toys if she doesn't pick them up and that doesn't work. It's always me ending up picking up the toys (they are in the living room here - as she has ALOT in her room already!)

I just have no idea what has gotten into her lately and it better get out quick and FAST as I can't deal with her attitude and the way she treats us.. Mind you, she does have excellent manners (thank you, welcome, please and bless you she all says)

Of course I am.. I had to work today, from 3-815pm........ Then, I drove 2 guys home that I work with because it was on the way to where Caker was staying. A friend of mine was looking after her!! She had a BALL of fun with her twins (they are 10 years old!)

I didn't get much sleep last night, and then Caker decided to wake up early because she wanted to!
Meh, don't much more I can do about that.

I can't wait til it's bed time.. I just have to let dinner settle down a bit then head upstairs and go into my nice and cozy bed!

I have the next 3 days off, so I am quite excited about that. Was suppose to have today off but yesterday they asked if I could work it.. Whatever, its 5 extra hours that I got to work that will be on my next pay cheque so that's ok with me!

I think now it's time for bed.... Night all!! :)

I'm  not feeling too well.. I have a huge ass migraine and with just stress of everything its just getting to me.. ALOT!

Was tonight.. I got there a little early so they took me in right away.. Filled out some paperwork and then she showed me around the 'circuit'... It's a 30 min work out that really does work.. I used the equipment myself, she showed me first what to do and then I did it afterwards!!
I could start feeling the muscles and everything doing what they were suppose to be doing.

The young woman who was helping me, she told me she lost 26lbs and I can't remember how many inches she had lost.. I hope it will work..

I want to do it, but I'm not to sure exactly..
It's $199 start up fee (right now I can have it at $67.66) and then if I sign up for a 12 month program I pay $49 a month (plus taxes) so it's not that bad.. Cheaper than most places!!

She took all of my measurements.. My weight, asked my height and all sorts of stuff.. Nothing out of the normal!!

What do you seem to think.. Should I do it??

My life outside of Minti is MORE important and people on here who act like their shoe size!!

Curves on Thursday at 515pm.. Right after I'm off work which is 4, I will swoop over and pick up Caker and then head to Airdrie (it's on my way home anyways!) and go see what it's all about.. How much it will cost, etc...
I asked how many times a week you have to go and they said anywhere from 3-5 days a week.. That isn't too bad, I could do the weekends for sure (as long as they're open on Sundays but I don't think they are!) So I'm thinking Saturdays and 2 or 3 nights out of the weekdays.. Hope it works.. Hope it ain't too expensive either!

Then, I called the other office about the "Lap Band" and hopefully they will call me back. They don't open until 10am and it's almost 9am so I have to wait. If they don't call back, then I will call them!

I personally, would rather do the Lap Band.. Like yes I can still exercise and what not, eat GOOD and not junk food but this way would be much easier, not cheaper thats for sure and yea..

I guess we'll see what happens..
I know I need to loose weight.. I am sick of being over-weight and nothing working for me :(

Yes, indeed I am..
It was a LONG day at work.. Or so what it seemed a long day at work! I go in expecting for everything to be good, then to find out that there are NO cashiers that showed up.. Expect for the 9am person and me (the 10am person but ended up started early!) THEN to find out there was no one on until 11 and then 3pm.. God, what a shit show it was today at work.

It was frickin' busy, REAL busy.. Then to top it off, it was hard to take our breaks because there was absoluty NO coverage! Talk about fun eh? Well, no, not really!

I am now at home and loving it.. Mind you, it's really HOT out.. 36C and with the humidty it feels like 42C.. God damn, it's fuckin' hot.. I just can't stand this kind of weather.. Its gross and yucky!! There isn't much of a breeze either.. Ick.. Whatever!

Anyways, I talked to my hubby about what I was talking about in a previous blog..
Well, I need to loose weight and I have tried LA Weight Loss before and it doesn't work.. I have tried weight loss pills and those DO NOT work at all!! So, then one night I was googling "weight loss surgery" and I found something called "Lap Band Canada" its a band they put around your stomach, to make it smaller.. Which that way you eat less and feel full all day long.

From what I gather, it's an expensive procedure to do.. I think about $15,000.. NOT that I have that.. But I really do need to loose weight and I personally think, this is the best way to go. You keep the 'band' on for life, it can be adjusted as you like or as the doctor thinks it should be (but as long as you come to an agreement!!)

Anyways.. I am REALLY over weight.. I am classified as a 'serve obese' person..
I'm 5'1 and 190lbs... THATS alot... So yea, I do need to loose weight and hopefully fast!

I am even going to be calling "Curves" maybe that will work?? Who knows.. But I really want to go towards the "lap band' I know its alot of money but you know what.. Its well worth it.. Minus the surgery and the recovery time, that is!!

So, that's what I had to talk to him about.. Would love to see what you all think!!

Caker and I went grocery shopping today..
We always do our shopping at the Walmart SuperCentre now..
It's great.. Good deals, cheap (most stuff) and everything that I need (mostly) is there, so why not do it all in one shot?

Mind you, I have been there 4 times since yesterday morning, lol.. I got the stuff I had to, then I noticed they double charged me on my razor blades and didn't charge me for the bounce dryer sheets.
Then today I went and got the grocery shopping done.. So much easier when you don't have to buy other stuff too!! Then, I had to go back when hubb asked me to get him some shirts for work.. Just cheapies.. Which work, cuz they're gonna get dirty anyways.. Better cheap, than expensive!!

Caker got another barbie.. Her second barbie.. Mind you, she still doesn't really play with them. She plays with her car toys more!! Whatever, at least she's playing with toys.. Whether it be barbies or cars, I don't care!

SOOOOO hot out here today.. 30C and its killin' me.. Its so gross, I hate it.
I hope it gets cooler and SOON!

But it's all good news.. Nothing bad at all!!

I got my hair cut today.. Oh yes, I did!!

Caker and I went for a walk today too.. Went to Esso to buy some hamburger buns for supper (I ended up burning the burgers.. God dammit) and then walked to the post office to check the mail!!
We got a card from from his Oma saying "Happy Anniversary" since our 4 year wedding anniversary was on August 14..

Now, I think it's almost bed time.. No late nighter again LOL!!

Wow.. I must of had some boost of engery or something.. Holy crappy dooles...

I cleaned ALL 3 bathrooms.. Including 2 huge ass tubs (mines the biggest out of them all!!) then 3 toilets (YUCK, TRIPLE YUCK!!) and well you get the picture, 3 sinks and 3 countertops to them lol.. It was alot of work, but I got them done..

Cleaned 2 litter boxes, one is a HUGE ass one compared to the other and vacuumed that bedroom, the litter boxes are in! Sounds like fun, don't it? No, not really.. I just had to get it done and was sick of looking at a gross, dirty bathroom.. Well, it wasn't that dirty hahaha...

I think, HE should clean the toilets and the tubs because he's the ONE who dirtys them.. NOT ME.. Well maybe JUST a litle bit but that's about it!

Now, I just need to focus on the downstairs here.. Well and the laundry too.. Her room, and the master bedroom!! Oh, how I do hate laundry.. It sucks big time!

I'm just watching "Legally Blonde" on TV.. Its the only thing that is good on right now!
I didn't feel like watching Wrestling!! Since, it's not my thing!! :P

I'm partly falling asleep.. My eyes are burning.. I smell like cleaning stuff.. Ahhh, the joys!!

Then I get to see the results of my x-ray..
I want it to come now and fast, LOL!!

Also, tomorrow I am getting my hair cut!! So it's going to look like what it used to be.. (the pic with me wearing a yellow shirt I think, and my sun glasses are on!!) It's gonna look good again, I can't wait :)

I am still talking it over with my hubby.. Well, not really I haven't really mentioned it yet, just briefly but thats it.. Only one person knows and she knows who she is :)

My x-ray results are in.. I have to discuss them with my doctor.. I would do it tomorrow but I should really get to work so they don't think something is wrong with me. Then Friday I work as well.. So Saturday I have an appointment to see what the results have to say.

I did have an appointment booked for Tuesday at 930am but since I can get in on Saturday, I jumped at the chance and took it! (since they are only open til 1pm)

I hope it's nothing too serious.. Only 3 more days and then I will find out!!

I have something to blog about later on.. Once I talk to my hubby about it, how much it will cost and everything like that.. So, hopefully I will get some support from here since I will defiantly need it (if I decide that I am going to do it - not divorcing)

I've been doing a little bit of research to find out why it's a good idea to sponsor a child..

Ever since I was a little child and watching TV I have always seen commericals on the TV to sponsor a child in a different country.. It would make me sad, to see what was going on over there and here it is soo much different.
Since then I have always wanted to, but never had the chance to do it.
Now, I want to make a difference. For the past couple years, I have always told my husband that I wanted to do something that probably no one in my family (or that I know) has done..

Here are some reasons why you should sponsor a child:

You're giving them safe water to drink from
You will give them education for the first time (for the most of them) and we all know what education can do for one another.
They will get training skills.
Will be able to eat and get nutritious foods.
Health Care - which is a must for anyone.
Then give them agricultural assistance.

Once you've sponsored a child, you will get a "welcome package" to say thanks.
You're able to send letters to the child that you're sponsoring and pictures as well. But aren't allowed to send any gifts or sorts like that.

Overall, I think it's a great idea and I will be talking with my husband about it more again..
One person can make a difference and if I am that one person I know how happy that will make me be.. It will make me be a better mother, show my daughter that doing something for another child in another country who needs our help is a great idea. It will show her to respect others and see that not all kids get what they want.

I will be looking in it more and starting today, I will see what I can do to make that difference that I do want to make!

I called the doctors office just before they opened at 9am and asked if I could get in to see him today (if at all possible) and they are like yes, come in at 930am.. WOW.. that was 45 mins and I had to get dressed, get Caker dressed and head out the door because I am about 45 mins from Calgary (that's where my doctor is) HAHAHHA.. I got there just in time I think.. I remember looking at my cell phone and it was 925am and I was still a good 5 mins away.

I told my doctor, that it hurts to put on my pants, shoes, to do anything really even sleeping in bed kills me.. So he asked what I have tried so I told him.. Im like tynlenol doesn't work for the pain, nor does a heat pad (haven't tried the hot bath yet Kellz, I will though that sounds like a plan!!) and I wasn't sure what else I could try.

So he sends me to get an x-ray done on my right hip (which is the one that keeps bothering me) and he gave me a perscription to get a cream, its for anti-inflamatory.. So we'll see if it works.. I even bought some Mortin Super Strength and you're allowed up to 3 a day and I took one yesterday and it seemed the pain left but later on in the evening it came back.. Go figure!! So I took another one and this morning I put the cream on my hip, hopefully it works.

I am hoping the x-ray shows something on it, hopefully nothing too serious.. I don't think I could deal with something serious.. Maybe something minor LOL!!

But this morning I couldn't barely move..

My hip has been buggering me for a LONG time now, about 3 weeks..
I tried to put on my pants this morning and I was in alot of pain, even putting on shoes is a hassel because if I lift up my leg, I get too much pain that I can barely stand.
Sitting down on the sofa and to move my leg around, it kills.. Sleeping in bed kills me too.. I move around at night and I wake up because the pain is soo unbearable anymore...

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.. So I must say that I am not working 10 days straight but I AM soo tired!! I'm sure you can believe it too!

Calling the doctor as soon as it opens then I am gonna see if I can get in there today, if not I will go to a walk-in clinic!!

I have got 4 more days of work left.. Maybe only 3 because I think on Thursday, Caker has a dermotologist appointment that I had totally forgotten about. But I have to call them to make sure. I think its the 14th.. I just hope not the 15 LOL because well I won't be able to get her in since techinally that is my 'normal' day to work.
I guess we will see what happens tomorrow when I call the office to find out.

I am sooooo bloody tired.. I woke up late this morning. I just didn't even want to budge. I remember waking up at 430 am and thinking oh I gotta get up in another 45 mins.. Well the alarm went off but hubby turned it off as soon as it went off instead of hitting the 'snooze' button.. God dammit, I hate when he does that. So I fell back asleep not knowing and then I woke up at 615 in a hurry to get dressed, ready (and of course to wake Caker up) and then head out the door to get her to day care and me to work! Thankfully, I wasn't late for work.. Phew *rolls off the sweat* haha..

Tomorrow I do inventory prep again.. Oh HOW LOVELY! lol.. It should go by fast.. Or at least I hope so. I don't wanna be standing there ALL day long, like what ended up happening on Thursday.

Oh yea.. NO I do not get paid double time for weekends which sucks :( I so wish.. That would be a bonus that's for sure :D .. But So far I've got a pretty good pay cheque coming, or at least I hope so haha.. I have NEVER since I worked at Rona and it's been almost 5 months, have I ever gotten this many hours! Crazy..

Yesterday I had to start early for work.. So instead of working at 9am, I started at 830 since someone had called in sick.. Meh, whatever, I got an extra 30 mins.. :) Sounds good to me :)

My eyes are falling.. So I best get to bed.. Hopefully be able to fall right asleep since that is what I need and I can't wait til the weekend.. OOOOOH the joys of having 2 days off in a row.. I miss it.. It seems like FOREVER ago that I had it, ahaha...

Oh yup I do..

I don't mind it though.. Because since we're hurtin' for money (well not really) but like I said in my earlier blog with hubby having every weekend off for the past 3 weekends I gotta do something!! So I told them I will work on Saturday which my shift is 12-7 and then Sunday I work 9-4.. Not too bad :) I enjoy it, as long as it ain't inventory prep then I am fine, LOL!!

God knows what I will be doing next week on the 3 days of inventory that I gotta do.. Because I don't think it will be prep again.. Ahh oh well.. Whatever.. It's hours.. I can't complain.. Or can I?? LOL

Better than yesterday that's for sure!
Caker got a huge blue and bit of purple bruise on her right leg.. It looks REALLY sore..
All I can say is if it was me who had the bruise I would almost be getting sick because I can't stand those things.. They are just ALOT of pain that make me feel icky and not too well to my tummy lol..

Her ear looks better.. Not red no more, so that's a good sign :)
She's all herself again and I'm HAPPY to report that, haha!

She's playing with her toys right now.. A monkey right now that makes alot of noise and it's driving me insane.. It's just loud and annoying but KIDS LOVE to do things like that to irritate their parents... Oh yes they do!

This morning I wasn't gonna go to work because I wanted to keep her home to make sure that she was going to be ok for sure but my hubby insisted that I go and just let day care know about what had happened the night before. So I did just that.. I didn't let my work know, I should of but I knew she was going to be ok, or at least that was what I was hoping for anyways and it did come true! She had a great time a day care again.. Like always :)

I was doing inventory prep all day today.. I was suppose to work 8-5 but around 130 I was starting to feel sick (NO IM NOT PREGNANT, lol) and then at 2pm I couldn't handle it no more and I had to ask if I could go home (I am getting the same feeling as earlier now as well, god damn man) thankfully they let me go and I ended up working 5 hours instead of 8.. So I'm loosing 3 hours so far which is ok.. Better than a whole days worth and at least I came in and didn't call in :)

I think I may be starting my period.. It felt like I had a knot in my tummy all afternoon (once it started to happen, the sick feeling) and wouldn't go away.. So I'm thinking my body is telling me that I am getting it soon.. Though, I have never had this happen to me before.. I guess new ways for my body to tell me, LOOK watch out.. It's coming.. BEWARE LOL!!!

Hubby will be home AGAIN this weekend.. It will be the 3rd or 4th weekend in a row.. FUCK.. We're both sick and tired of it.. But this weekend he's for sure going to work over at the shop instead of taking it off because we need the hours.. He's already had a total of 6 days off and normally that DOESN'T happen.. So god only knows why he's getting soo many days off.. Well we know why last weekend he did (the one that just passed) because it was a long weekend here in Canada (Civic holiday or something??) and then this weekend it's his boss's wifes 50th birthday so they're going out to the lake in Saskatchewan.. So yeah.. Just freakin' lovely..
 

We were actually talking about this, this morning or something he's been having soo many weekends off where Caker gets to see her daddy every weekend and then all of a sudden he will be gone for 3 or more weeks and then she'll be upset because he ain't home and she will want him to be.. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH...
See why I'm upset as to why he ain't working?? Like yes.. Really its nice having him home.. It is but it's gonna come back to bite us in the ass because we both know what will happen!!
Though his boss said that he wants to work during the week and have every weekend off.. Though, somehow I do not see that happening though.. I guess it's just a wait and see situation..

Tomorrow night sometime he will be home.. Wish I knew exactly what time so that after work (when I get home) I could at least have some dinner made for all of us :)

I was talking with my next door neighbour because we have our houses attached to another.. And Caker was on the deck playing with her trike just behind me and she went to the stairs and then, boom boom boom all the way down while still on her trike.. Fell off and hit her leg, head and side of her head on the ground..
My next door neighbour came off her deck soo fast I have never seen anyone run so fast in my life. She was panicing(sp) as well as me.. She checked Caker over for me to make sure that she was ok.. She has a big bruise on her leg that has a bit of a bump over it. A red ear (on the upper part of it and behind it) and so far that's it... I have not seen anything else and I checked her over pretty good too.

She scared me to death.. My god, my heart was racing I couldn't stop it.. I hope she's going to be ok.
She's in bed now and sleeping and I told her if she wakes up in the middle of the night then she can call out my name and I will come bring her into my bed. I'm hoping she does that way I know that she's going to be ok.. I might check on her before I go to bed BUT I will be going quickly and I had just put her down at 845pm.. Its just 10 after 9 now.. So I might wake her up and she will be VERY cranky lol.. (Typcial kid, haha!)

I'll let her day home tomorrow that she had fallen down the patio stairs and to keep a close eye on her.. I know she will, she's very good for things like that. I'll be keeping a close eye on her for the next couple days to make sure everything is ok with her..

I checked her eye sight and that's perfect.. She was even trying to help me out.. It was cute! Then after all the crying she told me she had an "owie" which was where the bruise was because she kept her hand on it.. I kissed it a few times and hopefully she'll be ok :) I pray that she'll be ok!

Caker bonked her head.. I cleaned her diaper and then she went on the potty (never did anything but at least she sat on it, thats a plus!!) and then she came out of the bathroom and hit her head on the moulding around the bathroom door.. Poor girl.. What a huge bonk I heard when she laid back on the floor so I could put a new diaper on her. She cried.. I tried to comfort her as much as I could without her screaming at me (sometimes she does that, she don't want me to touch her, even when she hurts herself..) Though I am only there to help her in anyway I can and I'm sure she knows it.. Or I hope she does.

I put on her PJ bottoms and gave her a hug and a kiss on the back of her head (where she bonked it) .. Then I told her that Miss Spider was on and that she can go up onto the sofa and watch it if she'd like to. (Sometimes she won't watch the show but tonight she's actually into it, so that's a good thing!!) Then she finished eating her chip that she was eating before I even changed her diaper - when she came to tell me that she had poohed (she said lol).. God what an adorable girl.. She amazings me everyday.. She gave me a kiss and is now licking her fingers to get the sour cream and onion taste off of them hahaha..

She's gotten more and more of a vocbuarly (sp), I still can't believe she says "shit hawk" for crows and seagulls haha.. Its funny but not good at the same time! Oh and "oh shit" she says.. I laugh my ass off when she says it because out of no where she'll say "oh shit" I'm sure she had done something to say it because she will not say anything unless she done it.. LOL!

More words that come out are "I not"... "Harley" and soo much more.. A lady I went and saw yesterday said she's very smart for her age.. I so agree.. Like seriously I do.. Too, too smart!! Even my family agrees..

She will say "midnight stop it" for when Midnight meows lol.. Or she'll say "mom shut up" lol.. When I am singing to a song and since it's "her song" as she'll say I am not allowed to sing.. Or tells me to "stop it"... Ahhh the joys of the parrot age.. Since she's in it.. She repeats EVERYTHING and picks up more and more..

Hubby was playing guitar hero last night and since he's in the career mode he has to play gigs and make money, etc.. Well the songs he was playing she was singing along to them.. Some of these songs I have NEVER heard in my life but she just knew what to sing.. How?? I have no idea because my husband and I have NEVER played those songs before..
Like even Pat Benatar (sp?) she sang along to her song.. I was in total shock to hear her sing.. And put a huge smile and giggle on both of our faces (hubby and I)

My girl is growing up.. 2.5 years old and my goodness... WOW!!

I made some cookies.. Mind you.. All I had to do was out get the cookie sheet, place them on it and put it in the oven for 12 minutes LOL.. hey.. I'm not much of a baker, so these pilsbury pre-made cookies are great.. so why not buy them.. easy and quick.. they are all done and ready to eat.. Ohhh I ate one too.. They tasted soo yummy... Soo soft and chewy.. mmmm, what I like the most in a cookie!
Caker even thinks so herself.. She had a little one and she ate it all up.. I think she wants more but I want her to eat her lunch first.

So today I'm obviously not going into work, until the Jimmy is fixed.. But tomorrow I will be.. I just hope I have no more break downs.. Ohh, that's what I never told.. We broke down yesterday after leaving the mall in Calgary. How lovely eh? I swear, I think this Jimmy thinks we're made of money and we're NOT!! LOL.. I should just buy a horse and carriage.. No, I'm being serious.. This is getting ridiclous if you ask me.. Too many break downs for my liking!

Hubby and I were talking last night.. It costs about $50 a day to come into Calgary for work and for day care.. and I make $10.66 an hour.. (not much I know.. but its a job at least) and I work about 7 hours (sometimes less if they send me home early because they are over-staffed) well anyways.. I think it'd be better if I was to stay at home and take care of Caker myself.. that way I don't have to spend the $50 a day for when I do got to work - which is MAYBE 3 days a week.. It's just NOT worth the money.. So I think.. My family seems to agree with me as well..
 

Don't get me wrong.. I do love working but with the cost of gas and since we have an SUV there's alot of our money getting used (since it takes alot and uses alot more) but when all I really pay for with my pay cheque is day care.. There is not much money left over for gas (if i need it and more than likely I will end up needing some more)
So I've been thinking.. I think I am gonna quit my job, stay at home and look after Caker again..
I have put my name in places in my town that I live in but they want people for evening shifts and I can't do it. With my hubby working out of town and not knowing what days he wiill be home is just not worth it.. I even put my name in Airdrie where thats another city before I get into Calgary and they don't wanna hire me either because of my restricted availability.. They want me to work every second weekend (or every weekend) and nights during the week.. But I can't.. Again for the same reason because hubby is never home..

I do NOT blame him for one second for his job being like this. I knew this when he took this job YEARS ago.. And if I can't find work to suit my needs and around my daughters day care then honestly, what is the point??
I am not one to waste money on gas, especially when money is hard on us right now.. (really it is.. though it may not seem like it.. it is!!) but we still budget around of what we need/want and what are nessistaties (sp?)
So yeah.. It's hard but I am barely making anything in the end after day care is paid for..

So we'll see.. Work said they want to give me more hours coming in September but I can't wait until September.. I need more hours now.. If they give me 4 shifts a week I am happy with that.. 5 would be great but 4 I can deal with.. 3 or 2 just isn't going to cut it anymore and I am putting my foot down!!

I swear, I got nothing but bad luck..
Ok so last Sunday my car engine blew.. Got a new vechile on Monday and NOW this one is not working.. Won't even turn over.. Its either the module, coil or something wrong with the entire wiring of the electricial.. MY GOD.. Can anything else go wrong? Honestly though.. This is just unbelieveable.. I can't get over how much bad luck I actually got..

I swear, Karma does come back to bite you in the ass.. It will come in any form, shape or way lol.. I swear on that.. I really do!

Suppose to work today... But nope.. Can't go to work.. Go figure, hubby is out trying to find whatever it is to fix it.. Or so he hopes.. Oh it can actually be the computer too that's fucked up and those are PRICY... AHHHHHHHHHHHHH....

But I do hope that my day gets better???? Work understands but I see their point but in other ways I dont because if I dont have a reliable vechile I can't get to work.. God dammit man, lol!

Janice, if you read this.. I hope that you're ok.. Talk to me.. I am always here for you, just like you are always there for me when I need you the most. Thank you soo very much.. You're a wonderful woman and for that I will always love and cherish you.. You're always in my mind, thinking about you and talking about you (in good ways with my family!!)

Oh ya... Over the weekend.. I bought Guitar Hero: Legends of Rock.. I got the guitar and the game for 69.99 on sale from 99.99.. so that wasnt bad at all.. Its tough to get used to.. I tried it a bit last night but couldn't get the hang of it and it was driving me NUTS lol.. Hubby sure likes it though.. I guess I need to get a second guitar, lol!

I should get something done around here, while I am waiting to see WTF is going on and hopefully he will be able to fix my suv :(

I like how people write a blog and not to really direct it towards someone it really is.. Like me for instance.. Because I said to stop bitching and whining about the ranking system.. WHO CARES...
WE (as parents) are here to support other parents and give them advice, etc... Its not about the ranking and frankly it really shouldn't be.. So yes.. I think we should get rid of it all together.. That way WE DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ALL THE FLIPPEN BITCHING AND COMPLAINING OVER IT...

Another note.. lol.. Something not related to Minti!!

We bought a new BBQ last night.. About friggen time.. My goodness, it was regular $399.97 and it was on sale for $197.97 at Wal-Mart.. Really, they got some good stuff there.. It's black and stainless steel!! SOO NICE.. :) Even bought a BBQ cover for it as well.. Oh and a mat to put under it.. Though I don't know how much good that is going to do for it.. I just liked it, so I bought it!
So last night we had my hubby's brother stay the night because he has been teaching him how to drive and instead of us driving back and fourth into Calgary we decided to let him stay the night, it would be better off anyways.. Then we had a huge bbq... with steak, potatoes and corn on the cob.. OH MY GOD was it ever good.. I wanted more.. Hubby invited his friend over (the one he works with) he cooked the steak for us, though he didn't have to.. But my hubby hates to cook steak on the BBQ since he doesn't do it right (so he says - which now I really believe cuz his friend did an EXCELLENT job at it, it was soo juicy and just perfect!!)
Tonight we're having chicken breasts on it, though it's still raining.. Ahh oh well.. BBQ is more important, hahaha...

I even got a new game for my XBOX 360 - Grand Theft Auto IV, it's quite different.. I am into car games and that's really about it.. But lately I want to get into thinking and stradgey games, I think it'd probably be better than racing all of the time!
I borrowed a game from my hubby's friend.. Lego - Starwars one.. It looks different, so I'll give it a try!

So today I bought one of those 5 hour energy drinks.. It's a little red bottle with yellow on it) well honestly it's suppose to give you this huge ass amount of engery if you're tired or whatever you use it for.. And it didn't do anything to me..
My hubby and his brother said that those probably do nothing for me and I think they are right.. Nothing keeps me awake, like I've even had Red Bull before and it does squat.. Seriously.. Caffeine does NOTHING to help me stay awake.. So in a way that's good because I have never liked caffeine.. Phew.. Yay, it didn't work.. That's good news I suppose, hahah!

Well Caker is still testing me and it's driving me and my hubby nuts.. We have to get stuff done and she breaks down and just doesn't listen to us at all.. Still the "NO" comes into place with ANYTHING we ask her to do.. It's getting on my nerves.. She's smacking and hitting her baby right now (it's a doll)  I told her to stop it and at the top of her lungs she tells me "NO" ... My god.. Honestly how much more can I handle this?? WILL IT END SOON... I really want it to because .. well I'm sure you all know what I'm going through.. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHhh
