Hi all,

A pretty big day for us today. We started the "Dummy fairy" plan, so far so good, although she was very restless at sleep time, and didnt sleep as well as normal, but i think this advice may work!!!! YAY (Although i shoudnt count my chickens before they hatch!) So i would like to say thanks to whomever it was that posted that advice.

We also started the new routine, again, so far so good. when we are a little more settled i am planning on toilet training Kassidy, but after reading some of the advice on this site i dont think we will have too much hassle.

And i finally found some advice to give!  That was exciting. I just hope it may be of help to someone. Its about giving up the bottle. So if you are trying, have a read, and i hopefully it may be of use to you.

Firstly id like to say a big thank you to all of you who read my first blog, and again to those who left feedback. Much appriciated!!!!

I have since read some info on how to get kassidy off the dummy. I think i will try the "Dummy Fairy" approach to begin with. And if that fails, there are some fantastic ideas on here that some of you have posted!!!! Thank you all, its great to be able to have good advice at my finger tips.

A huge day for us today. I started a new job, so now i have to work out a new routine for Kass, without disturbing her too much! Oh the Joy!!!! But so worth it. Time will soon tell if she will be able to settle i guess.

Ok short and sweet but i better get some study done. Hopefully one day i will be able to post some good advice for someone.

Ok, i would like to introduce myself. I am Amanda, 23years old from Australia. I have a 2 and 1/2 year old daughter named Kassidy.

Im quite new at this (first time actually) and would really appriciate feedback, comments and advice from anyone at all. Also if anyone can help me with some advice on how to get Kassidy to give up the dummy, that would be AWESOME, as i have been trying for so long but to no avail.

Ok so Kass has just gone down for a sleep so its time for me to do some study and housework. YAY :)
