I'm sure you parents already know this but according to a new study, scientists have shown that babies have social intelligence by 6 months, and can assess whether someone is being friendly or unfriendly towards them.

During these earlier months, the interaction between others and the baby is really important as it is their foundation for social skills or social understanding.

When they are 18 months old, it is when they truly social creatures and will co-operate with others by themselves.

Just to let you all know that there will now be a new procedure in terms of when advice is reported and getting admin to take it out of advice. Before the article can be taken out of the 'vault', the person must either:

1) If they have admin functions, they should comment and say they will re-word it before I (or other admin) have taken it of the vault. They should also post publicly on their blog about it being re-worded and referenced.

2) If the member does not have admin functions, they should blog about it as well.

I would also appreciate it if the new updated advice can be sent to me for my approval to be posted up before I do take the advice in question out of the vault.

This is to avoid any further confusion, rumours, and/or conspiracies

I watched a show called Crash My Kitchen the other day and I thought it would be useful for those who have trouble getting their kids to eat vegetables.

Basically the show was about an 8 year old kid who hates eating vegetables - unless you count junk food like potato chips. The recipes that the hosts of the show came up with looked quite interesting - and I'd like to make it myself one day!

I missed the "Voting Gremlin" yesterday (Thanks very much to Lui for letting us know about it though).

Just to let you know that we are currently building a stronger enhancement so we can more quickly identify the 'Voting Gremlin'.

I've received a few entries in the Tech Help Forum asking about how come the page (eg their homepage) has suddenly expanded off the screen (ie, increased in page width).

The reason for this is:

1) There is a title or a URL that is really long. The Minti System does not automatically truncate the title or URL. Please try and shorten the titles for now and place the rest of your message or the continuation of the title in the body of the entry.

2) There is a really large picture on the page, which has blown out the page width. The ideal image is probably around 400 - 600 in the width. You can adjust this whenever you post up a picture by choosing what width it is on the first box/page of the image upload box.
