Here are the rules for the FotoTag:

1. Choose the 4th folder  where you store your pictures on your computer.

Yes, I certainly got yet another cheeky baby/.  I got this one quite by accident, and didn't realise until I was uploading them to my computer! lol.

After about 40 mins of trying to get the perfect shot, it seems Aralia decided she'd had enough and told me so! lol.  it also was the last photo I took, because I think the camera died of laughing! rofl.

I had to cheat.  I could have used the 4th photo from the 4th folder, but I went downwards instead of acrosswards, and for some reason, the first was really blurry any way, so it ended up being the 5th! lol.

Now, who am I going to tag?  I reckon everyone's already been tagged, but I'll find someone any ways.

Aha!  Got some! lol.  Going to try and get the mere males involved on this one! lol.

For about a year now, Les and I have been saving really hard. Sure, there have been lump sum payments to help us along the way, but a lot of saving from our fortnighyly payments has been happening too.

As of yesterday, my target was over $8,000. And that is after buying a new fridge, washing machine and 2 new computers as well as a computer chair for Les and a feeding chair for me. And all the christmas shopping!

After lunch on Thursday 8th January 2009, Ayla our almost 6 year old, lost her first tooth!  And didn’t it just bring tears to my eyes as I realized how fast she has grown!

For the last couple of months, we have watched that tooth start to wobble and then wobble away to the point it started to sit at right angles.

Les, ever the wonderful husband and father, took a closer look.  He managed to knock the tooth and cause it to bleed, so he grabbed a tissue to wipe away the blood.  As he wiped Ayla’s lip, the tooth came ...

Waiting For Sleep

It is early morning, and I’m still awake,
the world is quiet around me.
I knew I shouldn’t have eaten that cake,
for it did nothing to tire me.

Here I sit, pen and paper in had,
and no one else is stirring.

Yes, sleep is something I quite enjoy, yet I never seem to get enough or the right quality of sleep, but that’s only because I am a mum and love indulging in writing, reading, cross stitch and computer time once my angels are all tucked up for the night.

I’ve just found out how hot it got in our little town (Gympie) today!  Are you ready for this?  Might need to be sitting down…..

The maximum temperature for Thursday 1st January 2009 in Gympie was….40 degrees celcius.

Not hot….much!!!!!!!!!!  Put it this way, I will be able to have a warm shower, just by turning the cold tap on!
