My weekend is going well. We had a quiet night Friday night, watched a movie and a glass of wine. The movie of cause was the boys choice, "Shooter" which is exactly about what it says it is about, kind of Matt Damon style in the bourne identities or die hard style you know action, action, action. My boys love it. Then on Saturday morning it is basketball and the boys had a great game and won by 2 points. Mark came over on Friday night too. His key card wasn't working so I had to get him from Perth station. Lucky he knows how to 1800mumdad as I didn't even know he was coming as it isn't his weekend. Anyway love when he comes.
After that I dropped the boys off in Perth and went shopping at Harbour town but even though I tried on a hundred things I came away with nothing. LOL. I went and got a hair cut then. It is quite short. I wonder what the boys will say. Then I met a minti mum. Yay! First time. Liz had her friend Karyn over who does scrapbooking. I had never done it before but I found some old camping photos and we jazzed them up. We may do it again so I need to dig up all my old photos that are all in suitcases under the beds. Plus I need to get myself another camera to start taking some more recent photos. My last one packed up. Anyway we had a nice time. Charli was not looking well so they may have had to take her up to the doctors. Thanks for a great afternoon Libby24 and hope to do coffee another time and meet some more minti people.
James and I went out to Box 3 for dinner after that and I had the grilled fish. Yummo. Then we came home and watched a DVD on global warming. It is called the great global warming swindle and it is about global warming being a myth. We didn't watch it all cause we were too tired but they think that the sun has more effect on the weather then carbon dioxide emissions. Today is just cleaning then I get the boys early as we are going to see Perth Wildcats hopefully win at Challenge Stadium today at 4pm. Well that is my exciting weekend. Oh and I may be moving in a couple of months. James bought a house and we are seriously talking of me moving in this year so it is a big decision and if I don't get cold feet beforehand that is looking like the plan. |
