Well it will be back to school for my son tomorrow. He hasn't had too good a year but it is the same old story for far too long now. He is doing some pathways course this term so am trying to be optimistic that things will improve. He wants me to change his school but I don't want to do that. He finds getting to the school 10 minutes away enough of a challenge in the mornings.
Last Wednesday night we went to see the Harry Potter movie which was a good night. This Saturday we went out to a restaurant and had a great meal all compliments of my partners agency. They had free wine so I of course was the skipper. Great night and ended in a nightclub therefore got home about 3am. Still catching up on zzzzz.
It has been school holidays here so had my youngest son for a lot of the first week of the holidays. He came to work with me on the Thursday as I clean for a few hours and he helped me and then took him to subway for lunch and went into the city and hired one of the little cars that you can peddle up to the bell tower. He was the driver and was beeping the horn at everyone going past and even took it off the track a bit but we had a good laugh.

Well went to the doctors and had to have blood test and then come back for another ultra sound in a month and hopefully the cyst will be getting smaller. She told me not to worry but that is hard to do. Then was rung by the RSPCA to say that a foster dog was there and if I could come and get him. He is such a great dog. I wanted to take my son with me to check he would like him but there was no need to worry. Everyone loves him. He is such a great boy, very placid so don't think it will be much help in guarding. And was hoping to have a little more protection as my window is still not fixed after the break in.
Anyway, having great week. Went to a work do last night which was great. a girl was leaving so we went to a restaurant for dinner. Tonight one of the kids is playing footy under lights then we are going to a CD launch which I have promised my friends months ago I would go so another late night.

Today I have to go to the doc as she found a couple of cysts on my ovaries when I went in for a check up the other day. So I looked it up on the net to see what this was all about and it seems they go away themselves so I guess that she will be monitoring them. I have to take the ultra sound results in with me. They got me to drink heaps of water before the scan like when you are pregnant and forgot how uncomfortable that could be. Thought that I would burst but luckily the bladder held up on me. Just.

Well then must duck in the shower before I go. I will be hearing from the RSPCA today too as I am supposed to be getting a foster dog. I have been waiting for ages but they have had the parvo virus go through the kennels here so it is all under quarantine. She said today though so shall see. The boys were so excited when I said yes to the idea and I think they think I have changed my mind. There face will be priceless I bet cause they keep putting the date forward but it is only because of this virus. The boys think I am making excuses.

Saturday night James and I went to a latin dancing night. There was about 700 people there and it was a fantastic night. They did a few basic steps to start with to teach us and then the professional dancers came on to strut there stuff which was amazing. We had a few drinks and met heaps of friendly people who made us very welcome then there was a free for all and we got up and danced. It was a very successful night.
Then yesterday a friend of mine fixed my front struts on my car and taking my son to work this morning I couldn't believe the difference. It is like a new car. Very good weekend but got no cleaning done so today is cleaning day since it is my only day off gotta do it.
