I went to the accountant yesterday so that is one relief though I need to pay more this year so I don't keep getting these bills. So annoying. After that Nik and I went shopping so I could get him some clothes. He got jeans then we went into the salvos to find a jacket. We got a whole suit for $15. He is starting to like the suit and tie. Definately wants to be an office man. So when Kiza came home I couldn't resist getting them to have a photo. My working man and my business man! Look at that!

Kiza is just getting over a really bad infection and I am up early looking for the cough syrup now. He had a whole week off work so I don't want it. Have a great weekend everyone!

I have been made feel welcome at the new job. Mum has already done a fantastic job as they are in a good routine so there is of course the very busy moments and I actually get an hour or so to sit around and be bored. Sometimes you want to go in and poke them. LOL You can really tell they are not my kids. Give me a couple of weeks. LOL All is good. The bath time is one thing that I am not completely happy with because on my own that is going to get tricky. I'm more concerned with safety and being that there is 3 kids under 3 years old. Mum has been around to help so far but Monday and Tuesday she will be working so I know that it will be completely different then. They are just in a change of routine so they are now all sleeping at the same time. I won't even attempt it if I don't feel safe enough. May even do the sponge bath! Do you think she will notice? LOL I do get them pretty messy during the day and they need to be in there pyjamas and ready for bed when I leave. Any suggestions welcome!

Today is a day off and I am going to book in to do my tax if I can. That will be one drama off my mind and then I will know if I am going to be able to buy a new car or if the tax man is going to take all my savings! I need to start being a bit smarter in that area. It is Niks day off today too. He is doing a full time course at TAFE and he gets 2 and a half days off a week. He can help me with the meal plans this week so that we can do the food shopping. Well thats my exciting day planned. LOL

So I start a new job tomorrow and Nik starts his course on Tuesday. I guess I will know by the end of the week how I am liking it but the lady that I met Thursday was lovely. Trying to get everything ready now, just washing and cleaning today, plus I went to a couple of car yards today thinking of buying a new one soon. Just a short stop in. I'm excited, scared, even a little sad for leaving the other place but I had to do that because my hours were dropping there and there was no knowing if my job was going to be extended.

Mum and dad called in this morning and bought a cake for morning tea. She got the boys to rearrange the lounge because I hadn't set up the heater yet because Kiza had this drum kit in the way. Anyway she got them to work and now my whole lounge is bigger and it looks great in here. Typical of my mum. LOL

I got a hair cut after work on Friday and went out to dinner with James. I really like what she did. It is much shorter. It looked so good for the night. Pity I can't get it like that all the time. They blow dry it so nice. The next day it never looks the same. I even washed it today. Oh, well it looked good Friday night that is the main thing and we had a great night.

Tomorrow I have an interview for a new job. Been stuck in a rut for too long now and time for me to start living for me. So hold me to that people. I need to start study, start assessing myself and start living for me. My kids have got dramas that are always going to be there. Actually hurdles and dramas are always going to come up in life. Scary to write this but really it is just a little reminder to myself that I want to better myself cause I have been feeling like I am just surviving but I want more then that. I hope to look back on this blog in the future and have actually made some major changes. I went to a seminar at the convention centre last night. They actually were asking some major questions. A lesson on self assessment really. It is all in the head you know. I know we have all heard it, we can be anything we want to be. Anyway, it isn't as if I haven't thought this kind of thing before. Bit like a big Dr. Phil show in some ways but when you turn the spotlight on yourself, boy, do you like what you see? Very confusing moment. Anyway, must go cause just getting random thoughts down right now.

Mark is here this week. We went and saw Hancock on the weekend. Not a bad movie and the Tuesday night I took the 2 boys to timezone for an hour. They had heaps of fun. I have picked up my knitting needles again and I am making some barbie clothes. So fiddly but at least you get results fast. Only takes 2 days to make a gown or a few hours to make a little pair of shorts or a bikini top. I chose a hot pink. I bought a cheap $3 doll for sizing but I think that it is a different size up top then a regular barbie. Will take it to work next time. Here is the outfit and also my boy with me here for the week!
