I remember being so proud of James when we were in hospital, he was the quiet one on the ward. He was a very contented baby and rarely cried or got fussy. When we arrived home he was like another child, it seemed like he cried all the time. I am experiencing the same dramatic change since his first birthday. I shouldn't laugh, but I can't help it, he has such attitude. Today when I have told him not to do things, and a couple of times when I have hugged him he wrinkles up his nose at me in disgust. He has taken to ignoring me when I call him to come and get his milk or food... and lunchtime is becoming a chore, I am trying so hard to make it fun still.

I am trying to think what am I doing differently with him, am I treating him differently? I cannot understand how things have changed so dramatically! Lol I guess this is toddlerhood... better hit the books about this next stage!
