Well today I am 28!! .. for about the 8th year! I guess I will have  to be 29 next year, I am really stretching it now.. it is no longer plausible. Oh well.

I do feel really old today, but I think it is the insomnia I am having, or at least I hope it is that! For the last two weeks I only seem to be sleeping 2 hours a night.

Oh, I know the feeling well, I turned 40 in December, now that's old!!!!  You're still a baby!  See, that should cheer you up on your birthday.  About the insomnia, I used to get this ALL the time.  I hated taking any kind of over the counter sleeping pills because I felt like a zombie the next day.  I now take a vitamin supplement- Calcium/Magnesium together in one pill form.  I take it before bed and in a half hour I am knocked out & still feel good the next day.  Try it.........because another birthday mixed with no sleep=depression, definitely not a good combination!!!!LOL

Thanks Lisa.. I will try your remedy! I hate taking medication for anything, with sleep aids I am so concerned about something happening to James and not hearing it. Tonight hubby is in the spare room with the baby monitor to see if it is a combination of his snoring and James crying out in the night which is preventing me from sleeping.

Thanks Emmie, I think i have the birthday blues lol But I intend to enjoy every minute as it is my last 28th birthday for sure!!
