Hello Everyone,
My name is Taleah and I am 17 years old.
I am currently 10 weeks pregnant and am due on the 4.6.2010.
I have life planned but I know things dont always work out planned, especially with children.
I had been a babysitter since i was 13 up until recently. When i turned 15, I was babysitting around 2-3 times a week (of a night time), maybe more and didnt have much time for homework and myself ect. My Dad and step mum always were at the pubs or clubs and i was home babysitting. They would say that they would only be a couple of hours but ended up being 7 or 8 hours sometimes even longer. I would love babysitting though, the responsibility, the authority over all the kids..i was like a second Mum to them the way i see it. I had alteast 2 kids each time but usually i had 4 or 5 sometimes more. I had my little bro-3, my little sis with ADHD-10, my other bro with ADD-12 and a lot of the time i had my step mums friends children as well, Natayah-3 and Tiarna-6. It wasnt easy but i got better and better at it. At times my bfr at the time would stay over and help me but as i babysat more often my patience actually got a lot better. My Dad and step Mum would often pay me, although only $20 each time, sometimes they didnt pay me at all. I ended up leaving school in year 9 because I couldnt keep up with the homework ect and I was constantly tired and babysitting.
I have been studying at TAFE for the last 2 years and have just finished year 11. I now live in Orange with family, but me and my boyfriend have recently been looking for a place of our own.

Sorry to all that i dont talk much. Had broken computers and been so busy with tafe, exams, etc. I will try and stay in contact and come on more regularly as from now.
