My partner (Mark) and i are trying for our 2nd child which we cant wait to conceive.  The problem is though i am starting to get more and more scared that, as with my daughter, i might develop the potentially fatal HELLP syndrome.  We were really lucky with Charlise that she arrived only very little but with no major health worries, but the more research i do on the subject the more i realise that we were exceptionally lucky and that quite often in alot of the cases there are very serious side effects that can leave your child with permanent health  issues for the rest of their lives.  I really wish there were a test out there that could tell you if you were going to get it or not.  I hope we are making the right decision by choosing to expand our family - we want it so much.
