Hi I have three kids,  9 year old boy/girl twins and a fiesty two year old boy.

 We are a step family. I met my husband when the twins were 2 years old. What a brave man he was..hehe

Have been through my fair share of crap...Mum died when I was 6 months pregnant with the twins then when the twins were born they found my daughter had a kidney problem and wanted to take it out when she was six weeks old. As my mum had only just died in hospital after surgery I wasn't willing to let them take her kidney out, they tried to save it instead.

When the twins were one and a half I was suddenly single. I went back to work full time and the kids went to daycare and saw their dad on weekends. So I worked a second job those weekends at my friends restraunt. Not because i needed the money but more for the social side and to keep my mind off not having the kids around.

The twins now get to see their Dad on school Hols and we take in turn for xmas and their birthday which is only three weeks after xmas. This year we get the twins for xmas. So it's gonna be awesome. Last time they came back from their dad's i was told they were going to live with him for high school, i have them for primary so it's only fair they go to dads for high school!  That came as a bit of a shock to say the least but i'm willing to accept it if that's what they want.

Dylan decided to join our family in 2006 and ended up being a c section (at my request) because I was feeling really unwell and He was a whopper. He came out breech much to everyones suprise and a massive 9 pound 11. I was told it was lucky that I did have the c section. After the surgery I got a staph infection in the wound site and was sick for months then It was discovered that I had gall stones and I had surgery two weeks before christmas to get my gallbaldder removed.

I have continued breastfeeding through it all and I feel very lucky that we have been blessed with a happy healthy baby.

My husband is in the army so I consider myself a part time single mother as he is away alot.  We are looking at settling down when Dylan starts school. I hope to do some study before then so I can get a good job. So over retail ...lol

As my mother once said to me... "life doesn't always turn out as planned"  And she was so right... it certainly is one great adventure though!!!
