| My Beautiful baby |
Hi , My name is Tracy and I am 27 yrs old. I have a wonderful husband named Rob , 32 yrs old. We Live in Ontario, Canada and have 4 beautiful children. The older 3 are from my husbands previous marriage , and the youngest, Skylier, is our son. The oldest of my step kids , Damian , lives with us. The girls , live with their mother. At 13 yrs old, Damian is quite the handful, add in the fact he has ADHD and ODD and some days are never ending! But we love him , and we cope with whatever comes our way. |

My little sister was scheduled to be induced on April 1st. So she went in at 6am hoping for an april fools baby. When she got to the hospital she was already in labor and contracting so they didnt start her on a drip. Hours and Hours later they decided she wasnt advancing fast enough and got her on the drip. But baby boy decided to pull an april fool's joke of his own and came a few minutes after midnight lol. Payton Allen weighed 8 lbs even and is 20 1/2 inches long. Baby and momma are doing great.

I'm having a sappy day and I MISS MY MOM! I have some tests today I wish she could be here with me for. My entire family lives in Tennessee, and I live in Canada, and I miss my family more than anything. So, since I'm having a sappy day I thought I'd share some things about my mother.
My mom is my hero, one of my best friends, and I woman I respect and admire like no other. For the last 23 years my parents have been foster parents. Parenting well over 80+ children, from newborn babies to teenagers who were pregnant with thier own and no place to go. Now, as I'm older and with children of my own , I know just how much she sacrificed, how much she hurt , how proud she was, and how happy she IS. After giving birth to 4 children then having to undergo a complete historectomy, she wasn't done. If she couldn't continue to have more of the babies she loved, she would share that love with other children who's parents could not provide it. So in the past 23 years she has fostered as many children as she could and help find homes for the ones she could. She has adopted 4 MORE children for a total of 8 in our family. This woman must be the spokes person for random acts of kindness. Growing up we didnt have much , but we had mom and dad, and tho I will admit I didnt always like sharing them , we all benifitted from their kindness. I have a brother and 3 sisters I wouldnt have had otherwise. I have called her on many occassions crying after a bad day with my step son just to tell her thankyou, lol. And of course to ask her how she raised her own children plus everyone else's without going crazy. Her answers always seem to help no matter what the situation. If you love ENOUGH , you can make it work. and if you love ENOUGH, in the end when it matters most you'll be loved back. I can't explain to you just how wonderful I think she is.... this is the woman who sold a car for $1.00 cause someone needed it more than we needed a second car, who walks up to people she barely knows and asks if she can babysit their children *cause she can tell the kids arent well taken care of* and they LET her lol. One sunday we were at church and their was a young mom there with a baby just over a yr old and a newborn. The poor babies were dirty , in need of a bath and decent clothes , and my mom walks up to her and says you are very lucky to have such beautiful children , could I babysit for you sometime, and the mother hands my mom the babies and we never heard from her for 2 weeks. So my mom loved them , fed and cleaned them , went shopping and bought them both new clothes and enjoyed every minute of it. And to our family ... this wasn't an odd occurance it was a normal day with mom. I'm glad we were taught to love and expect love in return , I'm glad my parents showed us a happy loving relationship between them so when knew what to expect from our spouses as we grew up and got married, I'm just glad she is my MOM. I've droned on long enough and there is still no way to express everyhing shes done or is to me, But I can say everyday , That I love my mother with everything I am , and I would not be who I am today without her and she is my ABSOLUTE HERO |

Well , the Dr. gave me the requisition form for an ultrasound. Pelvic and abdominal...if Im not preg she wants them to make sure there is nothing else there causing the problems. If I turn out not pregnant further testing will follow, because it could be a thyroid issue. Apparently there is a hormone the thyroid releases that can cause pregnancy like symptoms (nausea, weight gain, constipation, as well as lactation*discharge from breasts* ) when its out of wack. Who Knew? I sure didn't. There is a family issue of thyroid problems , and my mother had throid cancer when I was a child...... STILL hopeing Im pregnant! |
