today it's raining here in new york. one of my friends told me about some goodwill store in manhattan were they sell alot of good, mostly brand new stuff, so i decided to check it out. on my way to the train, i was waiting 4 the elevator when this couple tried to cut in front of me. the guy then said he would let me go 1st, so i told him i hoped so cause i was there 1st, what was what 4, this dude started yelling and cursing at me infront of my children. i was afraid because i thought he was going to attack me and my kids.thank god,the doors opened and i rushed right out and got on the train that was just pulling up. i met my friend at the next station and we proceeded on our little journy to the goodwill. by the time we got there, jacob my 1yr old was extremly cranky cause it was his nap time. he was crying so much, a worker at the store told me to leave.i coudnt believe it, it was like a nightmare. he did calm down, and we shopped alittle, and then we went home, in the rain. i usually stay home, i rarely go out unless im going out with my man. i cant believe how many crazy ,insensitive,uncaring people there are in the world. I'm not naive to this, i was raised in the bronx all my life, for those who dont know, the bronx is rough, dare i say, it's mostly the ghetto. now a days, i long for quiet pastures and neighborhoods were meth heads and mental patients dont roam freely about on every corner ready to attack innocent women and helpless children. i dont have the same boldness i used to have when i was younger. i avoid fights, i'm a mother, and to old for foolishness, but it's rough out here and it's getting worse being that the economy is bad and alot of people are losing their jobs. I'm already looking for somewhere else to move. my hubby wants to go to connetticut, maybe thats not such a bad idea.

I did not know that diet soda was deadly. I was diabetic during my last 2 pregnancies, and i drank diet soda everyday.I have strange symptoms like joint pain, numbness in my arms and legs, and everyday I'm in excrutiating pain. I just started having these symptoms after the birth of my last child 4 months ago. I'm going to take the article i saw here about that chemical in diet soda, and take it to my doc. I'm only 27, I was fine till my last birth, and it seems like my health is getting worse, I've had blood tests so far and they all come up fine. right now I'm waiting 4 a lupus result.At my age, It's very scary what I'm going through right now. I have 4 children who need their mother here with them. I sometimes think wether i have ms too. I'm tired all the time, It's hard 4 me to function alot of times, but i force myself to get out of that bed everyday and take care of my family.I was adopted when I was a child, so i do not know my most of my familys medical history.at this point, all i can do is just work with my doc. and hope i find the cause of my ailment.

I was on the web and came across this site. I think It's a great opportunity to give and recieve good, sound parental advice. even though i have 4 children, i believe no matter how many children one has, we can always learn and improve our parenting skills.
