It was a great day, but it was hot there and the boys got worn out really fast....we are planning to take our friends there to show them, if they like it they will be going camping with us when we go there, very soon.

Dean had an amazing day today....apart from being grumpy with the top teeth trying to cut through. He started to drink out of his cup the right way and then not even half an hour later he was having floor time and playing with his toys and calling "mum mum". l stood just away from him and he got up on all fours and came towards me. He is still trying right now, instead of sleeping....but l manage to get the 2nd one on my phone camera...its only 15sec long but he shows how wobbly he is but how determin he is as well. He did try a few months ago but gave up.....we have never been so happy....next is walking and l am sure that will not be long, he is already walking along the couch and coffee table.
lve added a link if this clip above doesnt show up http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=h0tQxvZzM7k
Its still very hot outside here in Melbourne and we are going to have a even hotter day tomorrow.....air cons are going to get a work out.
Have a great night all.

l spent the morning cleaning the house, it was a lot more work as the boys have decided that they aint helping no more....they have been like that for a few days. Seems they think there on hoildays still they dont have to do there jobs around the house...oh well no pc or ps3 today or ever until they start doing what they are suppose to be doing. l cant do the quiting act and leave stuff on the floor or on the coffee table cos of Dean....but lm going to stop washing there clothes - until they pick them up and put them in the dirty clothes hamper, cooking them dinner - until they wash and dry the dishes and put them away.
Hubby is working today, he is planning to take some time off end of next week, just a few days....the boss is going to crack it but oh well, he aint a robot. l have no idea what we are doing might go away for a long weekend maybe.
l have been busy, trying to get stuff ready for the boys to return to school in a few weeks time, all that left is to pick up all the new uniforms...including Marks tiny one. There all getting new uniforms , Justin needs a snr. campus one - its different to the jnr. campus uniform, John has grown out of his ones so time for a new sets.
Went to my mums on Thursday, as my grandmother came over, she gave the boys there xmas presents and had lunch....Dean cried when she got to close to him, he dont like strangers at the moment. But thats just a stage he is going through. lm hoping tomorrow we will be going 4WD driving and exporering the National park at healthcote again... just have to see what the weather is going to be like.
Have a great weekend every one.

Gosh for the first time l have no idea how to started my blog....here l go!!!!!
Dean is 9 months old now and burning around in his walker everywhere....when we try to take him out for some floor time we now get a tantrum, full on. So my house is totally baby safe now...he has started to ram the tv cabinet to get the channels changed. Nothing is stopping him now.
Friday was my birthday, it was ok and average l guess for a birthday, l got a new game for the pc....just waiting for it to arrive as it had to be ordered in. So l am now 33 years old, but l dont feel like l am. We havd a chinese dinner that night, l didnt have a cake .... didnt feel like one.
Today l have John sick, he has spent most of the morning in a bucket....the others have all been sick over these last few days since Friday....virus are a pain. Just keeps on going around in my house between the boys....poor thing, he looks awful.
Saturday l went to the plaza and got some bargains on some pc games for the boys....been getting alot of bargains lately....hubby worked Saturday, he was not suppose to returned to work until today but they are under stress there and need the contract out by the deadline. So he is going to have no time off again for awhile.
Sunday was a lazy day, we spent the day watching movies.....l saw Hellboy 2, The hearbreak kid and some older ones Aliens and Volcano.A friend called round but we where kinds rude to him, he wanted hubby to go out and hubby wanted at least a day off to relax and be with the family....so he cracked it and left.
Spent the morning cleaning and cleaning and doing so much washing....glad the weather is nice today to get it all dry by tonight. Deans cot was finally changed to the full length, l did have it halfed but these last few night he has been going backwards while sleeping so l thought its time to put him at the top and hopefully he will not go back wards in his sleep....took his banana shaped pillow out as well and gave him a baby pillow so now he can move abit better.
Hope everyone has a great week.....hugs xxoo

Happy New Year to all my minti friends, what wonderful people l have met in the year 2008.
Another year has gone, its been a great year too. Mark starting Kindergarten and having a wonderful and fantasic time making new friends, Justin and Andrew having there footy and getting awards, Justin also graduateing from Year 10 and being a senior in this year new. John completeing his reading recoverery, now in the highest reading class. Having my 5th son on the 9th April and being a VBAC weighing in at 10lbs and what a big boy.
Hubby came home and Dean and Mark where full of beans, Dean wouldnt let him out of his sight all night - l think he thought Daddy was going to go away again. He is to young to understand that daddy was just with his freinds camping. Mark even thought for awhile that Daddy was planning to go back to where he was, espically when hubby picked yp his keys.
The boys went crazy at new years, running around popping the poppers, sparkley's....waving glow sticks in the air and Mark and John decided they where going to make bubbles and cover mum and dad in them. Dean slept through the fireworks that was on near our house, gosh the bangs where loud. We welcomed the new years with friends and neighbours....l even went crazy with the mobile and did at of texting.
Happy New years my minti friends
