Hi, Our family consists of an extended lot with 2 stepsons,and 5 grandchildren,as well as my brood who between them have 12 grandchildren. Not a lot to tell, my partner and I have been together for 20 years and we still are best friends and presently my mother-in-law is living with us.We are in the process of building her a granny flat (small house) which is nearly ready to move into we have been building for 13 months with our middle son,partner and myself,I usually have the job of making sure the site is clean and that everything the boys need is right at their finger tips. Our family is scattered over South East Queensland with the youngest living in Sydney,he is thinking of moving back to Qld in the near future. My second youngest daughter has 4 boys 3 of which have been diagnosed with Aspergers Syndrome & sometimes they are a bit of a handful,glad that I can give her a shoulder to lean on. The next older daughter lost her partner 8 years ago in a motorcycle accident,she has 2 daughters and the youngest who was born 8 months after the accident is a boy with his fathers name and nature. Enough of my children both of us are retired to the country life and just loving it we are living on 17 acres with and old queenslander which is currently trying to be re-stumped(may take us a few years as there is 67 stumps to replace)we have done 9 of these. I enjoy going to read Minti feedback but I have been very busy the last few months with the interior of the granny flat getting so close.Will find more time soon to catch up with everything soon,bye for now |
