Boy, it has been a long week. The time has flown by.  I can barely keep my eyes open now.  My son is playing in a baseball tournament tomorrow.  So if you could keep them in your prayers that they may all be safe I would appreciate it.

We had a lovely Sunday. We went to church this morning.  Jimmy had baseball practice.  They will be playing in a tournament next weekend.  So keep the children in your prayers that none will get hurt.  Then we went to my mom's house and had crawfish for dinner and played cards with my mom, dad, two sisters, and their husbands.  Too bad my husband had to work today.  Then we all sat around and watched the super bowl.  Anyway it was nice to spend time with extended family. Lots more ppl to give attention to our two new little additions. The twins are quite tired out from their day today.  As I look at all my children tucked in for the night I have to say a special prayer thanking God for these beautiful blessings.  And I thank God for all your blessings too.

Ok today is the day you know you are a parent.  My 3 yr old Jacob is potty trained.  He ran into the living room naked. I sat him on my lap and asked him where his underwear were.  He told me in the bathroom.  I picked him up and realized he had just went to the potty and I now had poop on my pants.  Later my 3 mth old Jaden pooped through her diaper and out onto me.  Thirty minutes ago Jessie (they are twins)  pooped on me when I changed her diaper.  She caught me right before I got the new diaper on. I usually use a changing pad, but it was a quickie change and I had her on my lap.  I realize this is my first blog on this site...and I am talking about poop! lol    Ahhh well, welcome to motherhood.   Hope everyone else's day was as exciting as mine...but not quite as stinky!

Also I just wanted to say I am very excited about being on Minti. So far I think this is a wonderful website....I mean who else would sit and let me talk about being pooped on and understand.  lol I am a stay at home mom. So husband comes home talking about funny things at work and I envy the grownup talk.  I am very glad that I now have a place to talk with other adults about my favorite things in life...my children.
