I am married to a wonderful man named Vic. We have four children. And two wonderful grandsons, with another grandchild one the way. My kids range so much in age. The oldest is 27 and the youngest just 12. Big gap, yeah..
The grandchildren especially love coming to our house. We live on a small hobby farm with lots of different animals. We have a cheeky pet deer named nino who comes to our bedroom door waiting for Vic to get up and feed him breakfast. On our property we have cows, sheep, deer, chickens and of course the usual household pets. Dog, cat, kittens(2) rabbit and let's not forget the fish. We don't need to keep birds the wild millions are enough !!!
One of my favorite things apart from my family would have to be SPORTS. I just love to watch sport. I did love playing sport in my younger days, but I'm getting a little long in the tooth now. I was still plying netball up until I started full time day work about three years ago or so. And I actually was playing women's Aussie rules football until about 5 years ago. The mind was still willing the body just wasn't able anymore. But as I said before I love to watch most sports. My favorite being Aussie rules footy.
My mission this year 2009, has been to help people who find it hard to make ends meet with a way of shopping that helps you to save money. My daughter who was 13 at the time helped me to set up my own website to get RSM out there, www.rsmshoptosave.com check it out if you get a chance, it certainly doesn't hurt to look. So for the year of 2009 that's one of my main ambitions to help others, to help themselves. I think I might even aim to have some free workshops to tell people in person how RSM and RSM Quicksave works.
Another hobby my family has been involved in over the past couple of years has been Agricultural shows. They are loads of fun to go to and we put entries of all sorts in them. Vic usually takes off a prize for his delicious home baked (machine made) bread. Nat and Ben and myself make all sorts of crafts and I love flower arranging. If you haven't taken the family to a country agricultural show, you should give it a go. I reakon they're much more fun than the big ones.
