Yesterday Shannon, me and Austin went to see Hi5 with Kayla and Emily and i have to say, i was shocked. They were really good.

So the day started well. Austin woke up in a great mood (YAY!!) but then i started thinking oh god, i have to get him to have a sleep before we have to leave. He ended up going down and he got about 45 mins sleep, which was fine, he woke up refreshed and ready to dance!!

I went up and picked up Kayla and Emily and off we went. When we got there there was a cue that was soooo long, it reminded me of cues to get into nightclubs in sydney. I knew there would be alot of people, but this was crazy!! I have never seen so many kids all in one place.

Anyway, we got inside and sat down on the floor. Austin sat with Daddy and Emily stood in front of us. All the kids were so excited, you could feel it thru the hall.

Hi5 came out and started their show, and i was shocked by how good they were. I havent ever really seen them, except for when Tyson was younger, he liked them.

Austin had a great time dancing on Daddy's lap and i'm pretty sure Emily had a great time too.

After we left, Austin was very tired and getting grumpy and Emily wanted to go back and see more. He he he he... All in all, it was great, if you get the chance to go, i would recommend it!!

Our girls love Hi-5! Not on tele all the time here so will have to think about getting some on DVD. Glad Austin and Emily had a ball! Bet they were all tired after though!

We dont get normal tv here coz the reception is sooo bad, but we have Austar. But i dont know what channel they come on to. So we never see them. We do get some other good ones thou, like the doodlebops, wiggles, mickeymouse clubhouse. Austin loves all of those shows. When he will sit and watch that is LOL

Keiraleah LOVES Hi5. We sing their songs and dance around all the time.Their songs are so catchy, i get caught out singing them coz they stick in my head. Pretty funny i know all the words. I'd have to take K to a concert if they ever come to where we live.

I dont know any of the words to the songs... Kayla does thou (sorry hun) but im sure i will learn in time. Their concert was really very fun, so i think i will have to see how Austin goes with the DVDs. At the moment he is loving the wiggles, so i am very quickly learning the wiggles songs LOL

Hey Cass,

Im so glad to hear you all had a great time!! I till watch all the hi-5, and raggs the dog,wiggles ect cos my nefu Koen likes them all and loves to dance. You took some excellent photos, a few of the members look different now, they must of changed. When the wiggles 1st came out i went to their first show in Melbourne but i dont remember it, but i think concerts are a great thing for families to go and see.

You are going to have soooo much fun once Ashton is born!! hehe you're a big kid at heart, just like me LOL I still love cartoons. And animated movies.

There are 3 new people now. Only Nathan and Kelly are left from the original Hi5, but it is still good. Not that i have anything to compare it to!

really I didn't know charlie had left she's my fav.. Ohh and do u know it's cool to have hi 5 stuff when your 15.. My jess asked for hi5 doona cover for her birthday last month and she has a bob the builder school bag.. but they are all doing it at her school.

Yep. She left too. Dont know why... Wow. I think when i was in high school everyone had hello kitty or something. I cant remember that far back

I love Hi5.......but the old Hi5, from 5 years ago......I know all the songs and we put the music on at my Pre-school and the kid's love that I sing with them....lol
