Congradulations Cass, how exciting for you all.   I remember when we got our house, we didn't even have a deposit!  It was a really scarey/exciting time.   We got the house at auction.  We were the 2nd highest bidder so were not offered untill the first bidders couldn't afford it.   Lucky us!

how strssful would it be moving b4 xmas?  I couldn't do it, thank god you didkn't take the early settlement!    Have fun packing things up.
