oh by the way i got myself some scales that weigh you and tell you your body fat %, water %,and muscle % at the moment im am ashamed to admit that i am considered obese with 44% body fat, 36% water(supposed to be 60%, and 29% muscle lets see how i will improve it over the coming months,.
it helps me work out if i am losing fat or muscle so i can regulate my activities for optimum loss. |
