oh by the way i got myself some scales that weigh you and tell you your body fat %, water %,and muscle % at the moment im am ashamed to admit that i am considered obese with 44% body fat, 36% water(supposed to be 60%, and 29% muscle lets see how i will improve it over the coming months,.

it helps me work out if i am losing fat or muscle so i can regulate my activities for optimum loss.

hey guys, long time , no write, i have had no time to myself these holidays and i have been running kids everywhere, tennager doing mosdelling course, 8 year old having access visits, etc i have also been doing nightly walks for 30 mins to start with, i am pushing 50kilos in a pram up many hills because i am taking the twins with me so it is a task to push them lol i have managed to shed another kilo though and am at 102kg i cant wait tio get to the double digits, im so proud of me, im even being a little calmer in the house and not raging at everyone , amazing what a little confidence can do,

remember how i wrote of dakotahs fall and her tooth damage,well we have been watching her like a hawke and all is going well for her except her two front teeth are going grey, well today her twin brother was running through the lounge room and tripped over his own feet falling face first and must have hit the hard part of his dummy into his front teeth, there was blood everywhere and he also knocked his tooth backwards. so now i have to cart him to the dentist tomorrow morning,the poor darling ,

i have also managed to lose another kilo thats four so far yippee, i cant wait to notice a difference, at the moment i cant tell. i just have to keep up with the metimusil to help keep regular, lol, i have also still got some fluid from having connor so the doctor has me on fluid tablets for a few days to help., ok im off to have a shower and feed bub then hopefully get to bed

ok well boy im tired i have been sring cleaning for the new year, my man and i have been in crisis talks and things are progressing well,i am a very stubborn woam and we have a very complex family situation involving 5 kids and 3 fathers , i was engaged to kahlyssas dad till he had an affair  and threw us out without a thing.  i was married to tajahna's dad for 6 years till i realised that he was gambling away all our money and hocking all the things that i thought the kids were just losing so i kicked him to the curb, now the twins and conor's dad and i have been together four years , and there are many dramas at times when the other fathers are involved and i have always been the type of mother that hasnt denied the kids seeinf their dads as it is crucial for them to make their own minds up as they get older as to whether they want to be involved anymore.

this has caused some tention between derek and i as he can be very insecure and jealous of the girls affections for their dads regardless of what they do, i just explain that all kids think the world of their parents and wouldnt believe a bad thing of them ever. we have many kinks to work out still.
