Since writting on Monday, and whinging about a cold!, I was struck down with a knock out illness!Nausea, Diarrhea, vomiting, cold sweats, and a massive headache. I've had it all!

Normally it would take a mac-truck to knock me over, but I have been absolutely floored by this. I finally got off to the Dr's this evening, its so crazy I've just been too sick to be able to go to the Dr's. I remember the days of home visits by Doctors for a case such as this! He give me 'Questran'. Tastes like yuckkkkkkk! but supposed to 'bind' me up.

The Doc thinks it might be 'food poisioning'. I hope so as I dont want anyone else to get it. Just lucky the kids have been at their Dad's as I have been unable to get up except to go to the loo!!!!!

So I'm just trying something to eat, first time since Monday! Vegemite on Toast! Yeah Aussies!

Heres hoping, Im sick of being sick!!!!

Well this is the first blog I have ever written. I'm assuming its like a diary that everyone can read. Well thats how I'm treating it.

Today I'm at home and its very quiet here. The younger children have gone off to the Gold Coast with their father. I hate this time apart and miss them so much. I always plan to catch up with all the things I dont normally have time to do, but I just dont seem to be motivated.

I have had this awful cold/flu for about a week and 1/2 now and I am so sick of it!

I am going to have to get moving, but most of what I had planned was outside work in the garden so hmmm maybe I should finally get round to making a "Chat" book for Jack to use ( a book of basic conversations that Jack can use as he has very limited speech). Yeah thats it!

Ive applied to do a degree in behavioural science externally so I'm waiting to hear about that!

Anyway, I am going to start on Jacks book while listening to the rain fall on on the tin roof.
