I cant believe its been five months since I wrote anything here. Thanks for all those lovely people who have sent notes and messages, its nice to know I have not been forgotten. I am not online as much these days (understatement, lol) as I have been working on building my fitness business. I am currently running 6 classes a week and have a few more about to start. I also do personal programs/ training for people and have started a 'boot camp' outdoor fitness at 6.30 am (yay!, haha)
I will try and get some updated pics taken and posted on here as I think I might look a bit different again... I can actually SEE my abs! imagine that!
Anyway- love to all, will try and be a bit more active, I do miss minti!
