Well I havent been on here at all for quite some time, but you are not forgotten. Thank you for your messages, emails and thoughts - much appreciated.

I have totally reinvented myself. I have lost 16 kilo and am now trained as a fitness instructor ( i graduate at the end of this month - it was three month intensive course with time off for Easter *smile*.) I am hoping to get a part time job at a gym while I also build my home based business as a fitness instructor/personal trainer. I am running several classes from home and also have a couple of clients already.

I have had no time for the internet except for study. If im not writing programs or designing exercise classes I am researching for study or reading or DOING classes or out running or other exercise.

Its been hectic but worth it. Feeling fantastic and very positive about this new direction.
