I do with my Yahoo account. Luckily it has a bulk mail box with spam filter. I still have to go threw it to find what is good and  spam mail but it helps because if i have a few from the same company email address i just mass delete them.. I have two mail boxes on for my general important day to day use such as my online accounts with my internet provider and my yahoo account which i give to what ever site i log onto so i don't get spam.. Works good.. Hope i helped
