This year was the first year ever we forgot to buy easter eggs.

NO eggs?

No worries. There's no harm done when your child is not old enough yet to know any better. Lucky for you. ; ) Now, next year might be a different story!

oops
These things happen especially when you're flat out relocating, and its hard to remember Easters imminent arrival when the eggs were put out 2 seconds after the christmas decorations were put away....shame on the department stores for not being better managed in their marketing of Easter products, buy easter I was over seeing it and although I didnt purchase any eggs prior to the week before Easter or eat any eggs till Easter Sunday I feel that I was over eastered because they ahve been everywhere in every department store for months....making the joy of easter less focal

ooooh!!

No eggs?! Well, I can't say anything, as we haven't started the egg tradition with Matthew yet.

Mother's day in the US is in May. I can never remember which day, but hey.. I'm the momma, I don't need to remember it.

You are not alone
Either did we...   I was sitting at home and I looked at the hubby kids asleep in bed... I said do you know what day it is tomorrow???? he said Easter.. I said what do kids eat at easter... He says chocolate.. I said what don't we have... He said OPPPSSSSS....

Of the shops I trundled Poor kids had to put up with crappy eggs.. Thankfully Camille does not really like chocolate so she got a few lolly pops and other interesting candy... And Francis well he got a bunny.. Thankfully the grandparents remembered... :)
