clay i become a member of minti in november 2007 and  i "accidently become one" i googled take 5 because i needed to email them and hey presto i signed up to minti "unintentionally" (through the take 5 group)

i was ready to delete myself when i realized what i had done. but i decided to read on and the rest is history

janice you summed it up nicely. there is a bond that readers of "thats life" and "take five" have that is a silent bond.  i guess its the common denominator of it all and yes its about real people and families and children .

there is a bond with minti even though it was unintentional

i for one have been doing and buying and reading these magazines from the start. thats life came out first . then take 5 .

i cant remember which magazine belongs to which but one of the mags is the "sister " magazine to new idea and i forget what the other belongs to

i used to race down to the newsagency at 6 am on a wednesday morning just so i could buy my mags and enjoy it with my morning cup of coffee before work.

my routine has changed a little because if i get them either at shell (coles) or safeway  petrol i get 6 cents off petrol from shell or 8cents off petrol from safeway (part of spending five dollars or more in store for safeway or two dollars in coles)

sometimes you get little giveaway prizes sealed in the mags  like free lipgloss or eye pencil or makeup bag or costume jewellery or note pad

hey janice  i just discovered that you buy the mags too!!

I love Take 5 and That's Life. I unfortunately missed the mag when the article was in there. Maybe someone could scan it in and post it here so we who missed it can have a peek??
