Just want to add Clay that most of these free papers are available at McDonalds stores. I have picked issues up from there on occasions especially just before school holidays.

These guys do them across all the major cities of OZ. Web child, and they have one Perth's Child. I get the Brisbane's Child from my sons kindy and also at the local playcentre.
