I have been hit by the cold/flu it looks like

Not sure if you have noticed.
There have been some more changes made to the watch list... you can now delete an item and the page does not refresh... but the item disappears!... the techo's will realize that we use AJAX for this

If you check out the "Latest Activity page" you will notice that we have had over 33,000 actions. So much going on!

Tracey has started a new game here and here... every friday is now "foto friday" where everyone should upload a new photo to their blog.

Here is mine for today... it is Codi when he was just 1 day old in his nanna's arms...

Minti have hit the 5000 mark in terms of members.
Just over a month ago it was 2000.

You may have already noticed that your "watch list" has had a face lift.
We hope you now find it more useful.
Some of the changes to the watch list include...

1. no longer is it just a heading with a link
2. no longer is there an intermediatary page
3. you get better context by being able to read the start of the text in the post.
4. you have links to what area it is in regards to (ie: ClayCook's blog, or How to put your baby to sleep advice article)
5. you now see who it is from a are provided with a link direct to their member page
6. you are now able to unwatch straight from the advice area by clicking the unwatch eye image
7. you are also now able to click a "done" check box which removes the itemm from your watch list

Let me know what you think.

Here are a couple of photos of Codi playing "Chasey" with the waves on our holidays.
He would get so excited when he saw the waves from the car... "ooooohhh ooo ooohhh ... chasey"
Then when in the water... "CHASEY, CHASEY, CHASEY".
Then when we left... "Bye bye chasey.  Bye bye chasey"

Here is a photo of Codi back in May 2005 when he was just 9 months.
He is waring our AFL team's jumper. I think we had just returned home from a match that the dockers won and poppa and nanna had babysat Codi.



The Dockers are in the finals at the moment and have one their last 9 or 10 games... so we are hoping/dreaming of being premiers in a few weeks time :)

How shocking... I have been kicked out of the top 10 minti members rank! :( [see the members page... link on top green navigation bar]. I will have to start contributing more and climb the ladder again... or am I doomed? maybe next week I will be 20th?... membership and activity is really starting to take off.

We are on a small holiday at the moment, and I am stuck in a villa with a very slow internet connection. I have been online most days but it is painful to do too much online... the wait for the page load nearly kills me.

Have had a great relaxing time with Rach and Codi. He has been playing chasey with the waves ;)

We also saw my 31st birthday come and go (3rd Sept), which happened to also be fathers day.

You will see me more regularly online in the next few days :)
