My family is myself, my partner Brett and our new son Oakley, born 17th March 2007. Brett and I have been together for 3 years and are not married. We live in Joskeleigh on the coast in central QLD on 12 acres. We like the peace and quiet of where we live and love to 4 wheel drive, go camping, light fires, go fishing and do things that get us out of the house. We are not into material items and live a pretty basic but very happy life. We want to bring our son up to have a love of the outdoors, good ethics and an enthusiasm for life. We believe that money doesn't bring happiness (but it sure would help) and always make the best out of any situation. I am currently on maternity leave for 12 months but plan to return to work as a retail sales manager if I can find adequate childcare that doesn't take up my whole paypacket. I can't see the point in working for nothing while I pay someone to look after my bub. I am 37 and Brett is 40. Oakley is Brett's 3rd child and my first, his other children are Latoya, 17 and Levi, 15. They don't live with us but they are only about 1/2 hr drive away so we see them regularly. They love their new brother as we do. Enough said as I don't want to bore you!! Crazycath  xx.
