Oh my...no sex in 6 months?  Belive me it will still work.  And as for sex helping things along, tis true.  She prostaglandins in the semen help to "ripen" your cervix and prepare it for dilation.  You should give it a go!  And I am sure your bf would be more than willing to help you out!

Not long now Dannii....I hope he pops out before your appointment for you! Keep giving everything a go - but I assure you he won't come out until HE is ready, sorry!

Ashton just wants to let you know he has a mind of his own before you even meet in person! He'll come when he's good and ready and not a day sooner, eh? Sorry to hear you're in pain though. That's no fun.

When is the next full moon? My husband really believes a full moon can get things going, but I just checked the calendar and I hope it's not the case for you, as the next one isn't til the 18th! Take care of yourself and that baby!

That little man of yours is going to be writer!  He certainly knows how to keep us all in suspense! lol.

It won't be long for you now, a maximum of 3 weeks, so hang in there!!!!  You are doing great for a first timer! lol.  The real work begins once you have your baby boy in your arms!  From there, the next 5 years will be a blur.

Keep doing what you can to ease your pain, and yes, just jump into bed and have a great night!  I'm sure your boyfriend would appreciate some attention too! lol.  Just don't tell him that he might be able to feel bubs move though, might scare him off for good! lol.

I have had this situation of pains for months. It got so anoying but i beared with it. Then until one early hours morning woke up and thought i wet the bed. I never thought id go into labour had so many false alarms. The pains were so bad. :( GOOD LUCK.

Hey Danii, Not long to go but my bet is you may go sooner rather than later well ihope you do so that you are not in pain anymore onl;y have a baby to hold and say that was worth the wait and pain too. Try having a warm bath or a hot one if you cvan the hotter you can handle it the better i did this and started my labour with a couple of my chiuldren. My 7th one seperated my pelvic bone 2months prior to me having him and in the end i demanded to be induced as i knew i would go over my due date if they didnt so they booked me in due to all the pain i was in. I could not even walk to the letter box without pain. If the poain becomes to bad go to the hospital and just have them check you to see if you are dilating cos oif you are having pains off and on chances are you may be dilating and not know it. I hope you can manage to get some reast tonight and try the bath you never know it may work. Yes sex does generally start labour as the gel they use to soften you cervix for induction is basicaly the same. Hope all goesa well and that next time i read your blog you will either have had bub ort be getting close to delivery. What date are you exactly due??? I always go by my dates never the midwives cos the earlier you have an ultrasound in pregnancy the nmore accurate the due date is i was told this by my gyno! I'd go for the sweep. The midwives swear by it and reckon most go into labour within 24 hours. I had it when I was overdue and it worked.

A massage chair sounds great, I think I want one LOL

Here's hoping the little guy won't be long now. You'll have to give him a talking to for being so stuborn hehehe

go to deal direct Dannii. they have a recliner one for $299, or something crazy like that. i am very tempted. I have a cheap one that I am using atm with my knees. its a god send.

sex is a 100% garenty to induce bubs. sadly unless you get the chemical stuff thats the only 100% well close enought to.

i hope he comes soon sweety and the pain will get better.
