Yay! He's feeling better!

Comment Published at 01:3401:349 comments9 comments19 Visits19 VisitsReport

He forced himself up and out of the house and got a bit of retail therapy. $2k+ and a big entertainment system later and my honey has got something to amuse himself with while he's recovering from shoulder surgery. Good for him! He goes under the knife on Tuesday, has a 12 week recovery period where he can't do anything or go anywhere, and I'm not going to be able to go there because he's got a mate staying there atm, so there's a lack of beds. It'll be a minimum of 3 more months before we get to see each other again, probably longer, but oh well what can do? It's either wait or be single, at least in the end I know I'll have him back again.

Aidan is going to be hard to deal with when I have to tell him how much longer we have to wait, but I'll hold off on that for a bit. He's been getting more and more shitty about not being able to see, talk to, and spend time with Ron and it's getting worse. He's in big trouble at school atm, he's been trying to pick fights, hitting, pinching, kicking, throwing things at other kids. And this time it's not just the boys, he's doing it to the girls now as well. GRRR!!! When Ron finds out (when he gets a chance to get on the computer next and sees my msg) I suspect he's going to be furious at Aidan as much as I am. What to do, what to do? Kick Aidan's butt, that's what! So what if he misses Ron, that's no excuse to muck up at school. Grrr. And I was just starting to get proud of him for getting a bit more independant and helpful around the house. So pissed off.

Men, biggest babies around, still, anything that stops him moping must be good! lol.

Hope Aiden settles down soon, or he might find himself with a black eye, from the girls!

Glad Ron's feeling better! Sorry to hear about the rest of it. I hope Aidan can get over missing Ron enough to stop acting up. The trouble with kids sometimes is that they only know how to deal with things childishly.

YAY We don't need to call an ambulance after all LOL.

*imagining kicking butt* Looks like Aiden can help out around home by cleaning the toilet. Might make him think twice about getting into any more fights! Just a suggestion. hehe

I hope all goes well with Ron's surgery.  Are you able to sit down and talk to Aden and find out why he's started playing up? if you can I hope it's somthing you can both work out together.. some children have no other way of coping with 'frustration' ... Lisa x x x

YAY

I am glad that your man is feeling better ,. . . I think the nurse that I hired for him worked well . .  ROFL . . Perhaps I will have to find him another GREAT nurse to help when he has his surgery . .

As for Aidan, oops - you tell him that if he doesn't behave at school then I WILL NOT talk to him on messenger anymore as I only like good little boys . . .

Cheers Kellz

Re: Yay! He's feeling better!

Best wishes to Ron for his surgery, and three months is quite a stretch for you all, fingers crossed it flies by. Ah children, it is great that A has taken to Ron, but a shame things are sliding a bit, hopefully Rons disapointment in his behaviour will be enough to make A realise what harm he is doing to himself, and others. Best wishes to you all.

Luv Winnie.xx
