I am a 47 year old mother that does not have her children living at home. I am looking forward to being a grandmother but am very happy that both of my two children are trying to get their lives together first. I am happily married to a great guy. We will celebrate our 24th anniversary this May.
Not having any kids around we are finding the quiet time together something we both forgot that existed. My hubby would rather not think about being a grandfather because he doesn't think he is old enough. I keep reminding him that if he were too old to be a grandfather, than he wouldn't be able to have any fun with the grand kids. |
