I dont have that many fond memories

But this one stands out to me the most

Im the youngest of 5 in my family and my Grandparents came to visit from Newzealand

being the youngest I dont ever get a choice of anything just usually get the left overs of whatever nobody wants

This time was differnt ,

I remember my grandfather opening up his suitcase , he had all sorts of chocolates and goodies in that bag

he said to me you are the youngest and im going to give you a choice of having whatever you want in my bag( differnt chocolates)

he was the only one that had ever asked me this given me the choice  not be the one thats always last

i was sooo confussed i didnt know what to do ,

i asked him to help me choose as it was a huge deal to me ..

i have never forgotten this ( he was such a sweetheart )
