I just realised that I haven't been on here for a while and haven't updated anyone on the u/s results.

All appears well. Except they (doctors) believe I'm 2 weeks further along than I believe I am. After speaking with a few people, that seems to be the norm. Go figure.

After not having internet and a stressful situation where we were living before, at the beginning of the month we packed our cars and headed East (Perth to Brisbane). We arrived here safe and sound on the 8th May.

Things are going well, though after the run in with the doctor over west, I'm putting off my next appointment here. I'm even in two minds to bother going at all. LOL. Nothing like being told your Obese (when your not, just tall and slightly overwieght) and having a high risk pregnancy because of it. LOL. Yet I'm fit and although slightly overweight, very healthy. Meh, I'll see. Not fazed at this stage.

Looking forward to a much more pleasant pregnancy now I'm back in my old comfort zone. Yet still not excited about the baby because it doesn't really feel real. Odd.

Just a short update that all appears to be well. Had a blood test last Wednesday and the ultrasound this Friday, then back to the doctors for the results. So far, so good.

I'm approximately 8-9 weeks pregnant. I have a doctors appointment Wednesday morning. I was waiting for my other half to come home but now he's not home until Thursday, but I was bleeding on saturday night. It wasn't all the much, but I'm still concerned. I'll find out on Wednesday I guess.

So nearly one weeks ago we discovered that I'm pregnant, though I yet to go to a doctor I'm about 7 weeks.

I haven't been to the doctor because my husband does fly in fly out work and left on Tuesday, 4 days after we have a positive test. I miss him dearly, and he's not due back for another 10 days. I know why he  took this job on, and totally understand but it doesn't make it any easier when he's gone for 2 weeks at a time. Although it is meant to change to 8 days on 6 days off, which we are hoping will be more manageable.  Time will tell.
