Sounds like your pamper day was just what the doctor ordered dear Trace....it is nice to feel  totally spoilt  every now and again. And a special lady as yourself deserves to feel that way.

It saddens me to read your last blog my friend...that you having some problems with your feelings, emotions and temper....i'm here for you anytime if you wish to talk. I sincerely hope things start to improve for you real soon....does sound that you feel like your'e on a roller coaster at present....but sweet i know you can make through this black tunnel and i for one am here to help in any way i can.
