I am a stay-at-home mom of 3. I love Baking/Cooking and hope to one day open a small bakery. My PASSION [aside from my kids, which are a given] this is going to sound silly is COOKBOOKS, I LOVE THEM, reading them, looking over reviews for new/old ones and of course using them. My friend ["sister-in-law"] approached me a few weeks ago with the idea of opening up a B&B [her dream in life] together, how cool, I would love that. We Currently live in NC [United States]. My oldest son who excels at math & reading is in 2nd grade.  He is in a Year Round school now which is definitely a switch from the tradition school he was in before we moved.  My middle child has Tuberous Sclerosis [but thankfully a very mild case] and has an amazing spirit & sense of humor...He has been seizure free for over 2 years and does not need to be on any medication, HOW GREAT IS THAT. My youngest is a girl who tries to get into everything and anything she possibly can, climb up walls, or people, whatever goes up, and is very well looked after by her older brothers. My husband is back in school with the aim of getting his BA [maybe masters/PH.D in the future] in accounting. We are an interracial couple which has its problems when it comes to moving somewhere thats tolerant. ANYWAY I LOVE NEW PEOPLE SO CHAT WITH ME :) HOPE TO "HEAR" FROM YOU SOON
